Bought two bracelets... minutes later tried to cancel the order because one I bought was wrong. I was told that they process orders immediately, as in five minutes later, and can't cancel orders. When it arrived, the one bracelet was okay but the other one, which I tried to cancel was hideously tacky. I tried to return it and explained that I would be willing to buy something else, which would have actually cost more but it was in the style of the one that was okay so I figured it would be fine. I was then told two whopper size lies: 1. That no returns could be process for "final" items, even though it wasn't listed as final, and 2. Because a discount had been applied. After wearing the one I thought was okay, I am finding that it is utter garbage after one day of wear.

I BOUGHT ONE OF THEIR BRACELETS WHICH WAS CRAP, AND IMMEDIATELY HAD MAJOR SURGERY, SO IN RECOVERY COULD NOT PROCESS RETURN! I WROTE A LONG LETTER EXPLAINING EVERYTHING - IN DETAIL- AND EVEN REQUESTED TO TRADE MINE FOR ANOTHER STYLE! I RECEIVED A SNOTTY, UNPROFESSIONAL EMAIL FROM A CARLA ALLIMAN - CUSTOMER (SVC) SARCASM! SHE KNEW I WAS BEYOND THE 30 DAYS BEING IN THE HOSPITAL WITH A SERIOUS CONDITION, AND TECHNICALLY COULD NOT RETURN INFERIOR PRODUCT, AND WOULD NOT CONSIDER A TRADE FOR A LESS EXPENSIVE PRODUCT! AFTER MAKING A FOOL OUT OF HERSELF WITH HER DISTURBING COMMENTS, SHE HAD THE UNMITIGATED GALL TO SIGN OFF WITH "SENT WITH POSITIVE VIBRATIONS!" THEIR PRODUCT IS UNCOMFORTABLE AND A WASTE OF MONEY, DON'T EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! AND THIS IS OVER A $16.00 PRODUCT MIND YOU! IN MY 40 YEARS OF SALES, MARKETING, AND CUSTOMER SERVICE, I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO INSULTED AND DISGUSTED! THIS IS A LEADERSHIP ISSUE OF COURSE, BUT IT SHOWS A SHADOWY COMPANY WHO WOULD RATHER SCREW A SICK OLD MAN, RATHER THEN SHOW REAL COMPASSION OR UNDERSTANDING - WHICH IN REAL COMPANIES PROMOTES GOOD WILL AND SATISFIED CUSTOMERS, WHICH LEADS TO MORE SALES AND IMPROVES THE BOTTOM LINE! THEY SHOULD FIRE HER, AND EVERYONE ABOVE HER WHO PROMOTES SADISTIC POLICIES!
