I WROTE A LONG LETTER EXPLAINING EVERYTHING - IN DETAIL- AND EVEN REQUESTED TO TRADE MINE FOR ANOTHER STYLE! I RECEIVED A SNOTTY, UNPROFESSIONAL EMAIL FROM A CARLA ALLIMAN - CUSTOMER (SVC) SARCASM! SHE KNEW I WAS BEYOND THE 30 DAYS BEING IN THE HOSPITAL WITH A SERIOUS CONDITION, AND TECHNICALLY COULD NOT RETURN INFERIOR PRODUCT, AND WOULD NOT CONSIDER A TRADE FOR A LESS EXPENSIVE PRODUCT! AFTER MAKING A FOOL OUT OF HERSELF WITH HER DISTURBING COMMENTS, SHE HAD THE UNMITIGATED GALL TO SIGN OFF WITH "SENT WITH POSITIVE VIBRATIONS!" THEIR PRODUCT IS UNCOMFORTABLE AND A WASTE OF MONEY, DON'T EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! AND THIS IS OVER A $16.00 PRODUCT MIND YOU! IN MY 40 YEARS OF SALES, MARKETING, AND CUSTOMER SERVICE, I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO INSULTED AND DISGUSTED! THIS IS A LEADERSHIP ISSUE OF COURSE, BUT IT SHOWS A SHADOWY COMPANY WHO WOULD RATHER SCREW A SICK OLD MAN, RATHER THEN SHOW REAL COMPASSION OR UNDERSTANDING - WHICH IN REAL COMPANIES PROMOTES GOOD WILL AND SATISFIED CUSTOMERS, WHICH LEADS TO MORE SALES AND IMPROVES THE BOTTOM LINE! THEY SHOULD FIRE HER, AND EVERYONE ABOVE HER WHO PROMOTES SADISTIC POLICIES!
