I am really happy writing these review as they have been super responsive in the crucial time where i needed my shipment to be delivered at another address. The package was in the transit arrived usa and i had to change my plan because of some emergency. I asked them to change the address and they've really worked hard for that as changing address in UPS most times is very risky. They send me screenshots of their email with ups and i was amazed that they've done it. Thank guyz!

Ordered a 10mm cuban chain in moissanite with solid gold. Nice packaging and the chain is shiny.
Checked with a diamond tester and yes, it's passed. Gold I'd also stamoed and came with certificate.
Ordered 4mm tennis chain of 20 inches, the chain is very nice and certified diamonds. But they sent me 22inch while I asked to make it 21inches, have to got to local repair
They were offering free resize but it was far from my City that's why I preferred to make it locally
Copped the bracelet in their sale and I think the price was great. Quality was also super shiny and came with certificate mentioning all details about gold and lab diamonds.

I cant imagine how perfect they have been about the little details in the pendant, they created my custom pendant and found some mistakes in qc which they showed me on video call and told me to wait more because they're gonna create a new one for me. Infact, i was not even knowing that these are called qc errors.
