I did not get the opportunity to have my shipment expidited, so I am not very happy. This Item was needed ASAP and was willing to pay for overnight shipment but you gave me no choice.
After having my truck batteries stolen multiple times, Raney's battery lock is AMAZING! It was easy to install and fits perfectly so I can still close the battery box with no issues.
My complete order was never delivered and multiple emails I sent were never responded to and I have called twice with no answer on when I will see the rest of my order.
The screen on the grill tore off I was really disappointed with this grains because that's the only reason I had to buy out for grill I could not find the screen itself
I was just strolling threw web sites and found Raneys liked what I saw also I didn't get it the first time I think someone took package from porch they sent me a new one asap
The floor mat was great the only down fall was I could not use the sleeper area because it was too big and if I trimmed it I would have to trim the whole thing

Delivery was delayed and there wasn't any reason for it. Nothing was said to be out of stock or backordered or delayed but still took 2 weeks to ship out

Placed order August 24 was told shipped on August 26th 3 items out of Florida rest of order to be shipped from California it didn't seem right from email confirmation so I called to
Verify and was told I would receive another Email for California order with tracking number to which i never did. Recived Florida order still no info for rest of order out of California made 3 phone calls plus Emails to find out order from California was never processed and now paid UPS twice for delivery in Canada after this experince will not order from them again as my other order from a different company was Excellent with no BS
Your atlas was recommended in "The Long Haul" by Finn Murphy. I prefer maps over GPS as I like to see where I'm going. Using the atlas is as easy as it was to buy it.
Yall sent me products I didnt order and didn't send the products i ordered. I took a lost and ill never buy products from this site again. I take my business to china.
This replacement tool box is smaller and not as sterty as the stock box from peterbilt. It was half the cost of stock box. I can live with the differences. Happy with it.
Ordered some led mudflap hangers and had some bezels chipped and they addressed the problem and sent new bezels out the same week. Great customer service
I had hope to get a tv mount that locked in the closed position, I had seen them before and thought that was what I purchased, I just used bungees to hold it in place while going down the road
No definate pictures to see if item is correct for my particular truck. Very cheaply made. Surrounding border of bugscreen wasn't evenly cut and sewed together.
I have NOT received the mirror that I ordered on Apr 29th...even though payment was taken out from my bank account. Again, mirror has been paid for but I still HAVEN'T received it.
Shopping fine. Didn't want to search for a different website with better shipping. Will do that next time. Shipping prices ridiculous. Won't be back!
