You care for me the same online as you did when I was at your Ocala facility. On the stack order, the flyer said free "shipping" but you charged $150. Shipping, but never delivered the stack. Paid $150.00 for shipping that was not done. Unhappy camper.

Answer: I had absolutely no problems getting through to Raney's customer service! First couple of rings they answered and were very knowledgeable! Make sure you call them during business hours and make sure you no what time zone there in! Every business gets busy from time to time so you might have to wait your turn in line! But for me I never had to wait!
