Someone in the shipping dept needs to be more specific when we pay extra to have deliverd to a residential address the final shipping company should be able to deliver it to our place without any hick ups but instead they tried to deliver mine in a 53' trailer without a lift gate so the driver couldnt drop my order off i in turn had to come all the way back home from being out on the road and go get my pick up and a trailer to go to the shipper and pick up my order
