I ordered 2 parts, a cb antenna & a spring base. The spring was shipped in a timely fashion, however the cb antenna did't show up and was on back order. Had I know that not all components where is stock, I would have ordered neither.

I was very disappointed that i was not informed that the product was back ordered and it took a long time to get.
Some of the light bars " sleeper" had to be made. So delivery was delayed. Customer relation were very helpful in expediting.

Answer: I had absolutely no problems getting through to Raney's customer service! First couple of rings they answered and were very knowledgeable! Make sure you call them during business hours and make sure you no what time zone there in! Every business gets busy from time to time so you might have to wait your turn in line! But for me I never had to wait!
