Seems like a lot to ship to Canada. Is UPS the only way you ship. In the end it cost me around $130 Can. To have this item shipped. About $97 to Canada then UPS in Vancouver wanted another $36 That seems like a lot to me as I have ordered many things from around the world. This one would have to be the highest price for shipping I've ever paid. Not sure why. To have this sent to Mesa Arizona where I will be in the winter then quoted me about $20 Can.

Easy & quick! But they were the wrong item. I have received your RMA Information & will be shipping them back today! I needed the 33mm non-threaded lug covers to fit for my application. Took awhile because my printer broke & I had to wait until the beginning of the month to buy a new one! I couldn't print out your RMA instructions!

Answer: I had absolutely no problems getting through to Raney's customer service! First couple of rings they answered and were very knowledgeable! Make sure you call them during business hours and make sure you no what time zone there in! Every business gets busy from time to time so you might have to wait your turn in line! But for me I never had to wait!
