I have NOT received the mirror that I ordered on Apr 29th...even though payment was taken out from my bank account. Again, mirror has been paid for but I still HAVEN'T received it.
So far so good. Shipping a little steep, but I guess it's the day and age we live in

The website is quick and great. My order ended up being backordered. Not Raneys fault. I have to say this though. The customer service was great. I dealt with Scarlette and experience was awesome. Usually customer service reps are not interested in helping. Seems like they don't want to do their job but expect a pay check. Scarlette was different. It was like I was talking with a friend. Definitely a good change of pace from the typical reps. I will buy more from Raneys just because of that reason. Customer service is key.
Answer: I had absolutely no problems getting through to Raney's customer service! First couple of rings they answered and were very knowledgeable! Make sure you call them during business hours and make sure you no what time zone there in! Every business gets busy from time to time so you might have to wait your turn in line! But for me I never had to wait!
