I started Ebates during online Christmas shopping and could not believe how easy it was to earn money. I then noticed last week that it could be used on Amazon. I am an Amazon Prime member so this was thrilling to me.
I am not the most internet savvy person and had some user error issues while using Ebates with my Amazon Prime account. Ebates customer service helped me resolve these issues immediately. I could not believe how fast they responded and helped me figure out what I was doing wrong. On one of my Amazon orders, it did not qualify but they gave me credit as a courtesy which was super nice. I love Ebates! I highly recommend them if you love saving money!

Don't use their site. When you use its things freeze and crash. Also they don't always give you your money when you shop through them. Then I will send in a request because they didn't credit me and then they will send me a 3 parargraph long email saying how they can't credit me because my order number is real (even though I take it directly from my confirmation page) and how I don't know how to use the site. Blah blah blah crap. Basically they don't want to credit you. Not sure the point of their site. And the customer service representatives are VERY rude.

I always shop on Ebates, mostly during the holiday season. This year I made several purchases including buying a washer and dryer around the black Friday sales. So when it came time to get my check I was really excited because I had referred friends and shopped so I was going to get my biggest check so far. When I received the check it was for $11. I was disappointed and angry.

I quickly sent an email to Ebates customer care team. They began responding immediately, even so far as to copy my work email which I view more frequently than my gmail account. They found that I inadvertently had two Ebates accounts, two separate email addresses and that was the reason I did not get my full check.

Ebates worked with me to consolidate my accounts and even though the Feb 15 checks had already been issued, they did not make me wait until the next payment cycle of May 15 but issued my corrected check right away.

I truly appreciate the quick responses and the positive resolution of my issue. I will continue to refer people to Ebates. Ebates is an effortless way to get cash back while shopping online and now in some stores. I will always check Ebates before I shop.

I've tried using their app and it causes my iPad to freeze. Therefore, I would submit my receipt by "Where's my cash back?" to redeem my rebate. I had been doing this for months with no issues, then suddenly I was flagged as a "risk" for this reason (and no prior notice that this wasn't allowed, I didn't realize that this wasn't allowed) and my account deleted without receiving my cash back! What a scam! Obviously this company is out to screw you. False advertising!

I've had an Ebates account for quite sometime and have always activated the cash back button and confirmed that the Shopping Trip was "Active" before I made my purchases. I finally go into the account to see what's going on and initially it gives me a balance of $30 dollars or so. Then within a few minutes, that amount disappears and it tells me my account only consists of $7.38. When I go into my shopping history, it shows nothing! That is totally impossible! This doesn't sit well with me at all and I don't have a good feeling about this site. I think the stores listed on their "Double Cash Back" list need to be made aware of the issue.

Since 02/13/2017 I can't log in my account on Ebates and I didn't receive my big fat check yet. I sent an email to Ebates but they don't answer me yet.
