But it said "The request is now closed", however I wanted to pass along positive feedback regarding Michael Christian Loyal Customer Service Specialist handling my inquiry/issue quickly (he replied in less than an hour and offered reasonable resolutions). Ordered a shirt for my wife on December 2nd for Christmas. Called them the 17th because there was still no tracker showing. Received the shirt in January after they admitted they "forgot the order"--then sent the wrong size. Per site request, compared their woman's medium to other female medium shirts with photos. They then asked for photos showing shirt against a measuring tape. Completed that. 6 weeks later I got nothing. BTW, that sweatshirt in the background in the attached pics is an XL.

I received some shirts or rather poor quality. When reviewing the return policy it looked a bit complex and I figured I would be out more money. The staff here gave me a full refund without the hassle of a return, would do business but the shirts are very form fitting not really for big guys.

Ordered a Camila Cabello shirt and had an issue twice but both times Edwin Hernando gave me nothing less than excellent customer service. He was quick to respond and understood my issuses so now I have no doubt I definitely will buy from Rage On again. Something Camila Cabello related because I love her. 5 stars for you Edwin.

Not only were these guys timely in getting me my first test print, the quality was fantastic. Anyone that got blurry prints probably just didn't supply a high quality enough graphic. Additionally, Michael and their customer service team have been extremely responsive throughout the entire process. Cheers!

You order something it comes looking nothing like what is shown and un useable. Try to exchange or return not a chance. I ordered a Subzero Mask they delivered a mask of something I don't recognize and to top it off the print is vertical. Scammers plan and simple, dont buy from them unless you like giving money away and getting nothing in return. Look at the attched pics to fully grasp the scam.

Customer service was excellent.So many times nowadays Companies do nothing on their end if there is problem. Rage On was so very refreshing in the way it was handled and the options I was given. I will continue to buy from Rage On and recommend them to anyone wanting a quality product with great customer service.

So disappointing. My son saved up his pocket money to get a Storm Trooper T shirt. I paid for it to be printed on both sides, it came only printed on one side, picture of Storm Trooper was so close up it didn't even look like one and the quality was really really shocking. We live in the UK and postage to the US us as much as the T shirt. Would NEVER buy from this site again. BEWARE,

I had to return and exchange an item recently, the customer support rep Edwin Hernando
Was excellent in helping me with the issue from start to finish. No waiting 2 days for replies back he responded to my problems in a very timely manner and came up with a resolution that was perfect for me.

I ordered 3 custom made shirts two weeks before Christmas. Today is January 5th still have not received getting the run around through email. And no status updates given. Requesting refund will go to the swap meet instead. Smh

Not happy with my 1st order from RageOn. On their website, the blue & teal green colors are bright & bold. The image detail is sharp and looks 3 dimensional. What I received is vastly different & disappointing. The blue & green colors are very dull with a hint of yellow. The print pattern is grainy and looks out of focus. According to RageOn, their technology allows them to print "insanely vibrant designs." The image shown on RageOn's website is no where remotely close to what I received.

Major issues with my item being help up at customs. Customer service promptly replied and kept in touch with me the whole time. They also made a huge gesture in heavily discounting the item as a make good for the delay which was beyond their control. Classy company that clearly values its customers!

I've been using this app for a few years and it's awesome, for the most part! I was frustrated at not being notified that my stuff wasn't being made and this wasn't the 1st time. But after staying consistent with following up, eventually they went above and beyond to make it right!

There was a mix-up with my order, but I reached out to customer support today (Saturday) and received a response within the hour. Kris was helpful and lovely, and she not only offered premium/tracking for the reorder but a discount code as well. Problem solved! I appreciate the kindness and efficiency.

Absolutely wonderful people running the customer service department of this company. Alicia in particular is an extremely helpful person who got back to me within 24 hours. They answer my questions fully and even waved my shipping fee because of a delay in shipment. Great experience and wish more companies had customer service like Rage On.

I bought a sweater from Rage on for $50. What I received looked nothing like what was advertised. Poor quality and not worth anything close to the money I paid. When I asked if I could return the item they said they reserved the right to decide and they would not allow me to return it. Will never shop on this site again. Total scam.

Micheal Loyal was very professional and great help. I was concerned i wasnt gonna get my shirt in time for my Jennifer Lopez concert in 10 days especially because it was on July 5 during the 4th of July weekend. I received my shirt in 7days after asking if they can put a rush on it. Micheal kept me updated daily and assured me it would come on time for the concert and on that day of delivery asked if i received it. The shirt was very good quality, i payed for the print on both sides and payed extra for better quality. I was happy to see it wasnt the cheap cotton material it was more like the comfortable silky type of shirt. The only thing for me was it wasnt tight enough around the neck, being i like my neck part to be more fit, but i wore a shirt underneath so it worked out. The shirt fit exactly the size i purchased, which was another concern because i ordered shirts before and it end up being from China and fit too small. I got alot of compliments on my shirt i think even JLO winked at me

I recently ordered a onesie from RageOn on November 30,2018 for a New Year's onesie party that I planned to attend. The Item never made it in time for the party but upon receipt I quickly realized that the garment would not have worked anyway because although I ordered a small the onesie fit my 6 foot 1 son! Needless to say, at 5 foot 2 inches I had no use for the item. I would have kept it and maybe given it away to someone but it was pretty pricey for my pockets ($120) so I asked to return for a refund. The representative that handled my request not only refunded the money they said that I would not have to return the item! I guess since this shipped from Poland it was not worth the cost to send me a return shipment label. That's what I call customer service! They sympathized with me and kept in mind the old adage that "the customer is always right!". This experience has made me a fan of RageOn! I will certainly do business with them again if I am ever in the need of a unique printed wardrobe piece as this is their specialty! Thank you RageOn!
