I purchases bids without realizing I had done so. I thought I was signing up for future bids once I know how Quibids worked. I was able to get a refund on the bids I purchased by mistake without any hassle. Once I know how the systems works I will make purchase in the future.

I believe you guys should highlight that there is a upfront fee a little bit more clearer. But it could just be me I was very confused even after reading the tutorials It could just be me lol. The customer service was excellent & I truly appreciate that!
If you change I will join. On where it says the way you pay you do not say you have to use your card first that's why when I saw PayPal I was going to join. I was burned on line and lost my money never again, I will stay with eBay and gumtree. Thanks.

Being in the field of customer service, I can honestly say what I received today was prompt & courteous.
I decided after a few bids that the site was not for me. I requested a refund on unused bids and was happy that there was no hassle in receiving it;
My experience was a very good and all questions answered were answered in a timely manner.
I'm a member of numerous penny auctions sites and Quibids is the only one I log into daily. There is always something to bid on, the shipping is super fast, the customer service is excellent, and the site overall is exciting. I have been a member since 2011 and I have no regrets!
I haven't had any problem with the customer servic, they are very promped in getting you the answer you need.
I thought that it was misleading that I would have to pay to set-up an account. I was wanting to look around and learn more about the site, and felt like I was mislead into paying a fee. I sought a refund immediately and customer service was very helpful in getting my refund processed.
When I joined QuiBids, I read all the information provided but especially QuiBids 101. I started bidding on small items while I learned the ropes. It's been over 16 months and I'm now a regular monthly user of QuiBids. I've gotten some of the best deals of my life on QuiBids for purses, luggage, bar stools, etc. I honestly don't understand why some people don't do their homework and then complain about their results. They are missing out on a great site!

I have used quibids for awhile. I am finding that when bidding on something like the 15 bid icon I get outbid constantly as if someone is chasing me to keep bidding. Once I stop and get off that bidding it sells and that auction ends. This has happened a lot and I have recently lost 245 bids on auctions that should not be going to high amounts by being "fished. In other words its all FAKE!" they let you win as a newbee for a long time. Once you are hooked you do not win so much.
Didn't realize you have to buy bids it even try to win something. If you don't win you're out that money. Rather like gambling.
Very rapid response and first class assistance. Needed my shipping address modified and it was taken care of. Also impressed with his answer to my question about PayPal.

Also, we created the Buy Now feature to prevent users who don't win from walking away empty-handed. In your review, you state that "if you don't win you're out the money." That's not quite true. With the Buy Now feature, it allows you to apply the cost of your used bids toward purchasing the product at retail. So if you bid $45 worth of bids into a $50 gift card and lose the auction, just pay us $5 using Buy Now and you'll get the gift card at retail, just like purchasing from a traditional eCommerce store. So best case scenario, you win the auction and get a great deal. Worst case scenario, you lose the auction but get the item at retail with Buy Now.
