Also did not receive goods. Sent 3 emails since April and all reply emails said exactly the same thing word for word. So angry! Don't understand how these people can get an advertisement on FB without any investigation!
Same as everyone else. Paid in April 2020 it's nearly September. They replied last month saying sorry shipping is usually 2 weeks but it's taking up to 3. Already was 12 weeks at that time. Wish I read the reviews first
Ordered through a facebook or IG ad, paid w/ PayPal. Got an invoice email with broken links to my order and their site. Total scam. Do not buy anything through those ads! Most likely just gonna get ripped off.
I received my projector after about 6 months or so... its NOT what was described. Define the not blue tooth compatible. USB port doesn't even work... all the specs are bs. Also ordered a screen with it... its been over a year, still have not received my screen. Websites are now all gone... Really pissed
Dammit after seeing these reviews I am convinced I been sucked in too! Dammit lost out on at least 400 bucks! Ordered in may 2020 from nz i kept sending emails for the whereabouts of projector then demanding my refund after a 2 repeated replies of due to covid all contact had dissapeared
I placed my order in March and at first I was getting emails stating that due the virus my package will be delayed but it will come. That went on for a while then in May all emails stopped and I have nothing! I usually do way more checking on sites before I purchase but I didn't with this one and I regret it!
I ordered it on May 1,2020 and never received it. Send multiple emails about status and they would say they were having "shipping issues" due to the pandemic, but I never received it and I'm so mad. I've asked for a refund and have not received a response.

Ordered April 2020, received an automated message regarding postage delays due to COVID-19. The message contained a link to a postal tracking website but no tracking number. No response to emails. Emails are undeliverable. Item never received.

I ordered the projector and screen in May 2020, and have been patient in waiting I began sending emails inquiring where my purchases were and had reply's saying COVID was slowing the process which I understood, and this week I sent another email asking for my money back since my family wanted the projector for camp and summer is almost over and NO response at all, very disappointed
Order the qube projector April 11,2020, waited for a month with no delivery of the projector, emailed them May 7,2020 and got reply from them the next day saying it is now being shipped, sent another email June 5, and June 8 but no more reply from qubeprojector.com, checked website and there is no customer service contact number, just an email... stay away! This is a scam, lost my money from them.
We placed an order for projector and screen and waited about a month with no tracking number and then emailed the company they said with Covid it's taking longer to get this out waited another month and still nothing. We asked for them to refund our money and we received no response. We called our bank to see if they could help and they are trying for us. This is a scam don't buy!
Do not buy this product! It is a scam! I purchased one in May and they kept giving me excuses why it wasn't shipped. Lost my money and couldn't get a refund.
Chain of Events:
May 2nd: Purchased
May 30th: I send my first email asking for a status update
June 4th: They respond "Shipping typically takes 2 weeks but could take up to 3 weeks due to the pandemic"
June 19th: I send my 2nd email asking for an update
June 24th: I ask for an update
June 27th: I ask for a refund
June 30th: They send a 2nd response thanking me for my patience and they still have no update on when my order will be shipped.
July 26th: Today. Still no sign of the order.
I have been very polite and respectful on every email. It's not been 3 months and despite all of the reviews on Amazon, It's looking like this company is going out of business. They clearly don't care about their customers. They actively advertised (I purchased this through an Instagram ad) when they clearly aren't able to hold of their end of the bargain. I obviously no longer have any inkling of trust with this company, as they've only emailed me twice over 3 months and never with an actual update.
