I have used Quadratec for all my Jeep upgrades. Their product offerings are the best and suit every budget. The quality of their products is great. The customer service is excellent. Any time I have had an issue they responded professionally and promptly always making sure my needs were met. I will continue to buy my Jeep accessories from Quadratec as they have proven to be a reliable and trust worthy company.

Your shipping options are pathetic. You and every other company that offers jeep specific parts charges customers who live in Alaska and Hawaii so much much money in shipping we end up going to other companies. Only reason I bought this part is because it was mopar and my friend down in the lower 48 can mail these TEENY TINY bolts to me cheaper than you could ship a bill. I should NEVER be charged $50 dollars to ship me two bolts that are maybe 3 inches long.

Don't shop here! If you even think that you might have to send the parts back you will be in for quite a ride and a pack of lies. You get a different story from chat then you do from a conversation on the phone. Email acts like they have no idea what you are talking about. They even shorted me on my refund and I had to dispute the charge through my credit card company. Stay away from Quadratec way better places with way better prices out there.

I bought a wench plate and a tire spacer for my jeep that did not fit though the website said it would. When processing the return, Frank sent me a return slip in which I have to pay for the shipping back to Quadratec. The shipping cost as much as the items.

I ordered a replacement window for my Jeep wrangler, paid extra for fed ex overnight. It's now day 5, and it still hasn't been shipped. There's no one to call, so I went through their live chat. They told me it's a 3rd party vender that ships out the parts so they have no idea or clue what goes on and couldn't give me a quick answer. They told me it would take 2-4 business days to get a status on my order. So much for paying extra for overnight delivery. I will never order from them again.

Drawn out much too long. Luckily showed up before i needed them still. Customer service was professional, however if I knew 1 digit would cause such a delay i wouldve just cancelled the order and made it again or bought off amazon.

Iphone autofilled my billing address wrong, took 3 days to be contacted that there was an issue and even after I pointed out the issue they still needed my number and my banks contact info, and then took me calling back to follow up to get my parts shipped. And then fed ex delayed the shipping on their end as well

I tried to order a hoist to take the top off of my Jeep. The shipping date kept getting moved back so I cancelled and ordered from Amazon. I have looked into ordering 2 other parts from them and they are always out of stock. The only thing they are good for is to find things you may want for your Jeep and then order from someone else.

I never bought anything from them. When I was interested in ordering something, they were always out of stock. At least they give me ideas about what to buy from someone else.

Ordered a bike rack from Quadratec online. No mention that it was backordered until after I made payment. Who the hell knows when It'll show up. I do feel a bit better about it now because I met a woman at a party that was looking to order a a bike rack and I told her about my experience with Quadratec. Suck it Quadratec

My package came with the part hanging out on one side and gapping holes! Oh and ZERO other parts... like the grill retainer clips necessary to hold the grill in place.
Perhaps they exited one of the giant holes.

Not packaged well at all. Two undersized pieces of foam that clearly did not hold the part in place and one measly thin, tiny bubbled piece of bubble wrap.

Not impressed!

I wish I would have researched this company before placing an order. They are by far the worst online company I have ever dealt with (of any product). I placed an order for a soft top in mid-June and the site said it was on back order until July 2. On July 2, I was charged for the top and my status said shipped. For the next 5 weeks, I spent hours in multiple emails, chats, and phone calls. All of which were a run around of people apologizing and passing the buck to someone else. I finally cancelled my order on August 3, and have been fighting for my refund every since. From the other reviews I read, this could be a long battle. Buyer beware!

Ordered a windshield and my card was charged 195.99 and was informed two days later that it would be 2 months. Called to cancel and was told it would take up to a week to refund. Called 8 days later and was told they would make a refund request. Sill have not seen my money.;

I bought a Smittybilt "OEM" size seat from Quadratec and discovered that it was several inches shorter than what I was told on the phone. I went to the reviews and initially not see that many other Jeep owners had discovered the same problem among other fit problems. I did not see any negative comments until I went to the very end of the reviews. Shame on Quadratec for hiding the poor reviews which would have changed my mind about buying this sub-standard product!

Tip for consumers:
It would have been helpful if Quadratec placed both negative and positive reviews together. Instead, anything negative was the very last in a long line of reviews.

My mom bought me a new muffler a month before Christmas. I installed it Jan 1st. By Feb 1st. The muffler is completely rusted. I thought that I was getting the top of the line product. Never have I ever had a muffler rust out. Garbage quality obviously

Quality is garbage. If you want a product on your pride and joy that will not rust out in a month. Do not purchase here

Ordered four tires for my Jeep after verifying via their online chat that the tires would fit my Jeep. They sent 15" tires for my 17" rims. Sent them back and reordered the right tires. They delivered three. The fourth tire traveled from Maryland to New Jersey, back to Maryland, to Texas, to Tennessee, back to Maryland before finally being delivered to me. Partially a Fed Ex problem, but if Quadratech had sent the right tire the first time it would never had happened.

They tried to blame me for the initial mix-up.

There was a lack of follow through by customer support. It looks like I will now have to remove the parts installed and send everything back. I believe the manufacturer placed some incorrect parts in with some correct parts.

I paid extra money for a tie rod end to be delivered next day air. The next day i got a email saying it was back ordered. It shouldve been listed as out of stock and on back order. After 4 weeks i emailed them back about the status of my parts and its been 2 weeks with no reply. I dont know where my part is and they still have my money. I will never order form quadratec again!

I have had very little success with quadratec and general. My biggest issue is with the quality of some products and then getting them successfully returned. It took me numerous phone calls and several weeks to get and under seat drawer replaced.

Prices are outrageous! I looked a tube doors. Use to be under a hundred bucks. I've watched them go from 250 to 400 and now almost 600. This company is all about GREED. Guaranteed lowest prices I $#*!!

I purchased a new soft top for my jeep beginning of Dec 2020. I was informed at that time it was on back order till mid January. Unfortunately when the date came and passed I looked it up and found the date had been changed to Feb 3rd.No notification. I wrote to customer service stating those 2 facts. The response back... "your order jas been backordered to Feb 3rd"... issue resolved... Seriously? So I wait... Feb 4th, no notice so I look again... and again my order has been moved back to Feb 12th with no notice again... I sent a similar email stating Id paid for the item so I expect to get what I paid for... the response "well technically the money is only on hold... its on back order again" and now when I go to see the status and now it says payment declined (not true either becuase the money was already on hold or because the money is also in my account) and it stated they contacted me which was also completely untrue. I will never purchase anything from Quadratec again. While I understand that there is a possibility that backorder issues happen it is the utter lack of customer concern or care to actually be up front and honest about the issues your company is having... contact me if there is a problem with the payment so we can discuss and figure it out, don't lie and say you did. Now I have no idea how long it will be before I get the item I purchased almost 3 months ago.

I'd really like to rate zero stars! I ordered the Bestop soft top on June 18th, during shipping is was supposedly damaged and sent back to Quadretec. They never once notified me of this, I found out by tracking the order thru the shipper. I emailed multiple times with no response, called several times and sat on hold from 30-45 minutes. First costumer service rep said they were out of stock and had no ETA, so I asked for my $1,500 refund knowing all the holiday sales were going on. Over a week goes by and no refund and holiday sales are done. I call Quadretec again and sit on hold, finally talk to a sales rep that gives me no explanation were my $1,500 is instead tells me someone else will call me, then rudely says he's busy! I have yet to hear back from this other person or get my money back. I'm feel like I'm out $1,500 and have never even been given an explanation or apology. I am beyond upset and frustrated with this whole situation!

First, let's point out that Quadratec just like most other sites if it's "out of stock" you can't order it. I ordered a $1300 lift kit. It was to come in 3 boxes. One box came that was not a part of my order. I notified them and they sent FedEx to pick it up and assured me the correct box would be sent out same day. When I notice it hadn't shipped two days later. I called and was told there was one box left and it was "earmarked" for me and would ship. Again noticing it hadn't shipped called again and now it was "out of stock" I waited close to two months and called numerous times (waiting an average of an hour on hold each time), was never allowed to speak to a manager, before deciding to return everything I purchased (separate orders included). They emailed me return labels and I noticed an extra label... I called and just like I assumed they were expecting me to return the box I never received smh. Now after explaining the whole thing they tried on two separate calls to blame FedEx until I directed them to look at the order which says "shipment pending" which they knew to mean they NEVER shipped it. So now I was terrified to return the parts of the kit that did arrive in fear myvrefund will be held for not returning something they never sent me. Just dropped everything off today... let's see. Horrible experience.

Beware, customer service will never allow you to speak to a manager.
