Their customer service is awful. I have ordered a ton of papers from them, because they are reasonably priced, but do not pay attention to the instructions, leaving you with an incomplete paper. When you email them, they don't email back, and when you call, no one ever answers, or call you back. They do not meet deadlines, and I have had made bad grades on papers. Why do I continue using them you ask? Desperation, I guess. I didn't have the time to seek out a new service, so I thought. I would have saved a lot of headache if I did. I recommend to NEVER use this service.
