“Explanation to Angry Customers!”

Hi. I am a company executive and have read the reviews above. You are all correct. We exist to steal as much of your hard earned money as possible so that we can buy luxury cars and go on vacation 11 months out of the year at exclusive resorts. Ha, ha, ha. The joke is all on you suckers. Thanks for being so gullible and falling for a wildly successful internet SCAM!

Also I cabt watch any movies. Ip address mismatch errors. Rip off of public. Now i am checking like a dumb, all reviews are pathetic. I want my money back and subscription cancelled immediately. I had the same experience every other complainer did. I signed for some sort of "free" trial and then these bastards started charging me $39.95 on my credit card. I now have to cancel my credit/bank card, get another one, and order my bank to block any further payments. Is there no way of getting a class action suit going against these scammers?

It is a pathetic scam. It is also impossible to cancel your membership because they make a dumbass screen appear saying "redirect cancel" or something so its impossible to cancel and youre basically doomed to pay 50 dollars for the next month.

Pathetic.

Why use it when you can use netflix.

TOTAL SCAM! They charged me $40 for something I didn't even sign up for. Then when I call to get my money refunded I had to jump through hoops to get no where. I finally ended up filing a claim with my bank and the department of fraud. I also $#*!ed the Indian Lady out over the phone that was giving me attitude especially after she rudely hung up on me. Do not ever visit this site.

I agree with all the reviews! I didn't sign up, never gave them my debit card number, they found it somehow, and very nicely charged me!

I found several other companies with identical signup forms: Moviease was among them. After signing up for the no fee membership, the movie that I wanted to watch was not to be found in their library. I canceled the same day as signing up. I don't see any good reviews. They assured me that my card would not be charged for any fees.

I thank God I came to this page. I signed up for the free week and afterwards felt suspicious. I called my bank to replace my credit card so they couldn't take any money from my account. I never ordered a movie or anything. Fifteen minutes after signing up while the banker was looking at my account she said the company had already tried to get money from my account while I was canceling my card. It took those thieves 15 minutes to try to get into my checking account and use my debit card number to steal from me. Is there any way to report these lying scumbags to the better business bureau they are nothing but thieves. Thank you all for warning people about these scamsters.

PushPlay charged cancellation fee for the free trial which they didn't tell you in the beginning! If you don't cancel your free trial membership account, it will charge you $34 every month!

This site is a rip-off. They do not also have a direct customer service no. The number listed *******958 is a general no. For 20 or more websites. The Customer Service Rep asked me for which site I was calling for. I had to ask to be connected to pushplay and the next customer service rep provided me credit for 1 month only out of 3 months - even though I have never used this site and made the mistake of signing up for the 5 day trial. It was a mistake for me, but hopefully a cuation for others

Tried to cancel by phone twice and was twice hung up on. Just cancelled online. We'll see if it works. If it doesn't, I'll be contacting my bank to put a stop on any further charges attempted by this company.

So I go onto google searching for Episode 1 season 1 of Breaking Bad... come across the "free 5 day ad from Push Play... i sign up and before using a debit credit card i empty the amount on it leaving $2.50... all okay--get approved and poof. All of a sudden i get a " for 99 cents you can have 10 extra days". And don't forget if you don't cancel after 5 days they start dinging your card with a full charge. HaHa. Anyways i'm on their site and guess what---no way can i easily find the show.! In fact no tv shows. Just movies. So i go to cancel and to do so it's going to cost 99 cents if i do it online---free if i call but they are closed. A ripoff? Yes... small but given the # of people they fish in they certainly get enough $$$$ for the site etc... Better just to pay NETFLIX $7. A month instead

I don't even recall signing up for this site. I do not give credit card details except for purchases. Regardless, I called to cancel after having never used the site. I requested a refund for the previously charged months, they refunded one month and said they would refund the rest. They sent me email confirmations that were not valid. I have had to call repeatedly over a 6 month period to get my money back. For the first 3 months it was a "processing error." For the last three months it has been "referred to management and they will be sending you a cheque." DO NOT SIGN UP OR GET INVOLVED WITH THIS SHIFTY AND UNETHICAL GROUP OF PEOPLE. They are deceptive and of empty words.

This is a Ripoff outfit.
Just know that i have contacted the FTC with all the below information and it appears the FTC are already aware of them and are going to break some bones real soon.

They have a chain of websites that have the same look and feel and
They basically create new domain names each time one of their domains gets too many complaints.

PushPlay.com, ReelHD.com, FilmLush.com, CinemaDen.com, ItsHD.com, MovieLush.com, FlixAddict.com, CinaMuse.com, ReelVidz.com, Cineble.com, Moviease.com

The difference between the sites is minor to non existent.
Its a simple tactic, you guys are complaining about ItsHD.com while tomorrow it will be named filmlush.com, if flimlush.com has too many complaints then they create CinemaDen.com etc etc.
So basically while you guys complain about ItsHD.com they already moved on to create a different website name that will get all the flack from that point.

Here is how the scam works:
1. They have an affiliate network called "Affiliatebuzz": www.affiliatebuzz.com.
Affiliates are website owners (in this case movie websites) that put the ads for affiliatebuzz websites (such as ItsHD.com) on their domains. Usually they have banners aimed to trick customers showing movies still in theater and some kind of "download now" button, a video that starts and requests you to register or some other form of trickery. Each time an affiliate brings a customer (a sucker) they pay him 10$ - 16$ per registration so these affiliates are highly motivated tp continue doing this.

2.The customer(you) visiting the affiliate site clicks on a banner or whatever and gets sent to on of the affiliatebuzz sites such as ItsHD.com thinking he will get the movie he clicked on.
3.The website tells the customer it's just a free trial and the customer, thinking he will get the movie he initially clicked on registers for the free trial.
The terms of the sale are very shady (on purpose) making the customer not really aware what he is actually buying and what it will actually cost him.

4. After registering it is very hard to cancel. This part i am sure all the good people in this forum are aware of so i will not elaborate.

Statistically many of you will not notice the charges for a while or are not aware of your consumer rights (like chargebacks) and this is how this outfit survived so far.

But good news! Blatant scams like this NEVER last long and frankly I'm surprised they didn't get their merchant account suspended and a major lawsuit up until now.
But the FTC is working on these guys.
The way the FTC operates, they take a while to gather all the evidence and they do it quietly. Once they are done they hit fast and hard with a millions of dollars lawsuit backed by top law firms. It doesn't matter is the site is in US, UK or whatever, the FTC has very long hands.
So stay tuned because justice is on it's way.

And sorry for all of the people who got suckered in by this fraud.

Watch out - sign up for this site and you actually become a member of 4 sites (four that I found anyway): PushPlay, Cineble, ItsHD, ReelHD, Yes - I know it was stupid to sign up for a free trial (continuing 2.95/month after) but it had Verified by Visa so I thought it was safe. I was looking through my browser history the next day and found these sites I did not visit. When I typed my username in to these other sites Viola- I wasn't even aware I was a member! Exact same spout about free trials and there contact numbers were all 1-2 digits different. MAKE SURE YOUR NOT CHARGED FOR EACH SITE! Luckily, I called the company within 2 days of signing up- they sent me a notice to cancel and one to refund $0.95 < 15 DAY FREE Trial my $#*! > you can get free shows and movies off UTorrent. I'm tempted to cancel my visa. I will be much more careful in the future.
