Recently, I had a pretty bad encounter with a scam broker fortunately, gravcapital was able to assist me. They helped me get my misplaced money back in a fast and professional manner. They also gave me some really useful tips on how to stay away from frauds going forward.

Just tried Purse to buy on Amazon with bitcoin. Great idea, poor system, hours of waiting for support and non-skilled staff who answer about orange when you ask about apples, although this last thing is pretty much everywhere now. Worst of all, no option to close an account, not even an entry about it in the help. You have to contact support! I can't imagine they handle well the data privacy.
Then when you (the customer) ask why there is no option nor result in the help about closing an account, they block you (the customer). It's a big no!

I can tell you its safe, and they constantly running maintenance check which make it scam free... kudos I must say.

Also They are a professional bitcoin account managing firm with 6 years experience and they trade in different platforms and got a lot of experience in this stock and currency trade, they have been managing account for individuals for years now with positive results... due to our unique trading strategy and the availability of their mobile app that allows you access your funds at any point in time is a record that has never been broken.

Went to their site to check it out and I see this list of shops I can accept for 5-15% markup. Ie, only get 95-85% of my giftcard value. Still not bad. Also says that their standard is 5%. I signed up, then immediately the list regenerates and only lists 37% markups. Apparently you need to complete 60 orders to unlock the better buys. Basically you're getting railroaded and losing 50% of your value between upcharges, fees and withdraw costs every step of the way. Based on other reviews, I'm sure your account will be locked once you get to that level. Super sneaky and predatory business tactics. Steer clear.

I have been contacting Purse.io support via various methods, because I pay my BTC for and Order that was NOT delivered To my address. They Still release my BTC to the seller even though, he never confirmed my address. I finally got Amazon to confirm that the items were NOT delivered to me, and Purse's supports never responded to the email proof I sent from Amazon. Totally unprofessional. For being a BTC project very very disappointed, NOT ready to be a global retailer.

My order was not completed and when I asked for help the admins told me call the police. No tracking number was ever given to me because they never ordered my order. Customer service is a disgrace.

Scam alert from me and I will post everyday in all the platform to make hem feel that they have done wrong and things will not stop here

Warning to all shoppers who use Purse!

You do not have a valid warranty for the Purse orders made using fraudulent means! Which account for more that 80% of orders on Purse! (from 99 orders i made on purse 80 were made using fraudulent means - confirmed by Amazon)

If you buy electronics or some expensive stuff and you don't want to throw away money, don't buy it using Purse. For a 15-20% discount you lose all value if you need warranty.

I leaned it the hard way. A few weeks ago i needed warranty for some items i bought on Purse. I contacted Amazon because i did not have the invoice the manufacturer asked when i tried to RMA the product, and they told me the orders were placed using fraudulent means and i could not have a invoice or any right regarding warranty.

I contacted Purse who helped me with a refund for 2 orders made by users who still had an account on Purse, but for the rest of the orders worth about 2500$ they won't help. Their *******$ Purse warranty does not exist.

At the time is seemed a good idea to have a 10-20% discount on Amazon, but now after all this i won't use Purse ever again.

Please don't order nothing on Purse that needs warranty or you throw your money away!

Room for improvement #1: Even though Purse.io, and some of their more satisfied users say I should just send an email to *******@purse.io, for some reason, they do not use a ticketing system like all other, normal companies do, so I cannot keep them accountable, like: "Hey, have you received my email with a ticket number@#?"

They simply don't reply to email and are sitting on my money (bitcoins). I have no idea why I got locked out of my account in the first place.

Room for improvement #2: In general I feel pretty unsafe on their site, they could use much better security measures. I don't like 'hard coded' emails for the account, that is, the user cannot easily change her registered email. (Are you listening, SiteJabber as well? You made the same mistake.) I understand changing your email may have security precautions with a site, such as Purse storing money (bitcoins), but as an example, they partner with CoinBase, and CoinBase use much better security measures, you can get a verification code not only on the phone but in email as well, according to your preferences, how much money (bitcoins) do you store on the site, how secure you want to be or not want to be (security is always a trade off, as Bruce Schneier famously use to say).

Room for improvement #3: The ability to use a trusted, 3rd party escrow service.

Basically I was looking to purchase a clothing folding board for a clothing brand I was going to be starting soon, I went on purse and went through all the processes that were asked of me until I made it to the payment page, I had then sent the payment to the right btc address that I double checked multiple times before sending the payment, and finally after like an hour the payment had finally been confirmed through the blockchain, I waited a few days and still to this day that order is still "Waiting for Payment" I tried to use their live support chat on the website, but they were unresponsive, and to this day they have not been responding to me, the chat is still open but they won't respond, it's been 2 days total that they have not been responding to me.

Do yourself a favour and don't use this website to purchase anything, use it if you would like to take the risk of getting your money stolen and getting scammed.

Been using purse.io since 2015. I started my company in 2014 and wanted to fully emerge myself into new technology. My investors at the time got into bitcoin. So i naturally Fully emerged all my money and my time in the ecosystem. If you are an entrepreneur or a founder and are not scared of making mistakes. I would highly encourage you to have this approach. When there is an emerging technology there is a lot of opportunity however there also can be a bit of risk. A majority of my losses end up being gains and then sometimes my gains are actually total losses. If you need help with trading, let me know. I raised about. 5 million within 12 months on this platform. I might go deeper into the stack and get into tokenizations. However... I'm always open to coaching. In the past i was able to coach 2-3 people to preform at my activity within about 3 months. However since Im not currently actively trading anymore it will be harder for to coach with integrity.
