I reached out to you and asked if I could use something other than milk, but you'd answered other milk products. My stomach was screwed up for awhile after two uses. I was so hoping it'd work, as I have poor sleep…so I was disappointed.

My oreder arrived and when I opened it the sealing on the top was burned and the ingredience were exposed so it is setting on my counter unused.

PureBulk is trying to be a Pharmaceutical Co which they are not. This product not only doesn't make one drowsy, it acts as a stimulant and causes tinnitis (ringing in the ears). The effects are very unpleasent and results in insomnia; the very opposite of their advertising. I have used it one night and that was one too many. $43.67 for a small 132 gram jar. Just like last time I cannot log in because of password! I try to re log in with the temp password you email me and I get the same stupid response. Fix your G-damned site.

This is the worst business I ever dealt with! When you purchase items, you are informed that items shipping is delayed by 5 business days. THAT IS A LIE. Items won't ship forat least 4 WEEKS with delivery taking another 1 week! This seller orders items from China, then resells them at a market up price. Buy directly from China on ALIBABA website, and you'll get item in 2 weeks.

It was very frustrating, last night and this morning as I kept being denied using my master card - kept showing that my billing address didn't match my shipping address. I have since moved since my last order over 6 years ago. My address has changed so it would be a different shipping address and billing address then 6 yrs ago. Finally I tried another credit card and it went through no problem. Other than that, it was simple and clear to order. Now to see how long it takes to arrive....

U sent me a 10% coupon upon sign up after my first visit to your site but have been unable to use it repeatedly. My last 2 purchases have been almost $500 together and I wanted to use the coupon at that time and wasn't able to. So I had to split up my purchases to try again in smaller amounts and still no coupon.
Please apply it for my last 2 orders!
Saw you on clif highs channel which is the only reason I come to your site.
Please advise on how to resolve.

The site does not accept my Your Spending Account credit card, which is still valid and in good order. It does not indicate why it's not accepted.

You sent me a 10% off coupon today and it wouldn't work, Very disappointed. Otherwise, I love your products and your company. I am a loyal customer.

Aside from the very POOR shipping practices--they packed my order of nine items in a thin padded envelope which got beat up pretty badly in transit--they didn't include one of the measuring scoops I ordered. I e-mailed them twice, but they did not respond.

This seems to be a problem that others have had with Pure Bulk. This is not a company that I would ever order from again.

Very disappointed. I have ordered in the past and had not issues. however I ordered 3 different items and only received 2; when I called to ask about my item I was told I had to send them my invoice, explain what happened and THEN they would ship the item out. I told them I no longer needed that particular item so I asked for a refund; only refund available was a credit on my pure bulk account. OK fine. Well my next order was placed and thought I would receive the credit; NOPE!!! I was just charged the full amount of this order. I am not happy one bit about this process and will more than likely find another avenue for my supplies.

i was given a 10% OFF coupon code and used it with no discount. That would have saved me over 20.00. The code given to me was: DUSUSWUD2EBA.

So after placing this order I notice you had sent me an e-mail 10 minutes prior offering me 10% off and free shipping on orders over $49...

Kind of annoying to know I just paid about $75 more than I could have. You could have just applied my discount automatically. I did after all use my long standing account with you guys...

I am highly disappointed with the lack in quality of the products. I am now back on my previous brand of supplements and the difference is very noticeable. I would not recommend these products.

Please include ALL ingredients in your products on your website! I purchased the cinnamon extract without knowing there was Maltodextrin (an ingredient I'm allergic to!) in this product!

I don't know how much I'm paying until the purchase is made, also your mailing is slow and expensive. I tried to up grade to a faster category but failed.

I ordered 6 items. The package was seized at the border (all items legit) and purebulk is refusing to refund or resend package. BEWARE IF YOU ARE OUT OF THE USA AND SHIPPING!

website says that it recognizes my email but not my password. attempted several times to re set password after being sent a temporary password but it won't accept the temporary password either. tried to start over by creating a new account but website says that my email is already in use. this has happened the last two times that I have ordered.

I tried 2 times paying with Amazon and then by Amex and then a 3rd time with my visa card which was inconvenient.
