seemed a little glitchy when I went to PayPal then was redirected it was fine until I signed it - well tried to. After I tried to sign in 3 times and it wouldn't accept my password, it kicked my address info out and kept the shopping cart info. I restarted from PayPal again.

I only gave 4 stars because of the poor selection of measuring spoons. I wanted measurements in 1000 milligrams.

Did not have several items I wanted; more forms of B12 (methylcobalamine, hydroxycobalamin, Adenosylcobalamin), a few other items not carried.

I was glad to find kaepmferol but would also have loved to find a couple of other powerful and hard to find bioflavonoids.

all great, except wish we could see the cart and make changes to quantities without removing the item and then going back a couple of screens to add it back on. This matters to us as we live in Canada so we try to maximize the weight of our order to the most possible before USPS jumps up to the next (substantially) higher amount.

I wish there was less plastic in my shipment. I believe the plastic bag of vitamin C was wrapped in bubble wrap. This was not necessary. A plastic bag of powder is not fragile.

Easy shopping, good communication. An awkward time to be shipping internationally, took over a month to be delivered, taking two weeks to get from Bell, CA to Los Angeles CA, and then over two weeks to be delivered after arriving in Australia.

The website is not the easiest to navigate, hard to search for the specific item you want. Need a better search option instead of just clicking through the menu.

I have ordered from Purebulk before. I have always enjoyed the ease of ordering the 3 or 4 times I have ordered over the last 10 years. However, my purchase info was not retained and that is troublesome - Hence the 4 stars

So far so good. But wish you had more trade marked ingredients at wholesale prices. Such as water soluble Kaneka Ubiquinol, PQQ (Pyroooloquinoline quinone disodium), and Primavie(R) Shilajit fulvic Acid complex. These are and complement coenzyme Q10 to insure maximum availability, so not wasting $$ on supplements that go 80-93% unabsorbed because of age.

All good, but some cheaper international postal options would be great. I only pay $15 or so with DHL Express through i-herb which is a US company.
