Punk Case

Amazing purchase. I have bought it couple of months ago, so I can now review it honestly. Looks funky and totally waterproof. The grip is just a rough plastic feel, which I like because I was afraid of it being a sticky silicone material. It fits perfectly and isn't bulky at all. Highly recommended if you are looking for a clear, solid and light case at the same time.

I order from a site that clearly miss represented themselves as an Australian company, product took 5/6 weeks to arrive, when it did it was blue when I'd ordered purple, of which I have proof. Once fitted the phone does not function, after repeated ignored attempts to contact company I lodged with PayPal, they proved useless because I'm expected to pay to return a product I didn't actually order and is not fit for intended use which is against Australia consumer laws. Funny the very few positive reviews in the heap of negative reviews don't supply a name or proof of purchase. Shipping gave 5 stars even though it too 6 weeks

I tested it in the water before I used it on my phone to make sure it didn't leak. I've had problems with other phone cases that say they are waterproof but leak! Make sure you double check you have the whole case snapped on! Haven't made called with it yet but have watch a movie with it on and it was a lil difficult to hear so I'm hoping that's not the case for when I do make called. This is 1000% worth your money

The description and colour are not what they advertised! And the cases are not waterproof, Customer service is terrible, and if you return the the case Good Luck in trying to get a refund! It cost me $$ to send back the case that was a terrible clear piece of crap, definitely not what I ordered! After constant emails to get my refund, going on 2 months now! They said they refund me but yet to receive, so basically they are thieves with a terrible product and should be shut down! Now I have to place a formal complaint with credit bureaus.

Just got an iPad 9.7 pro case, fits and looks great but unfortunately the volume buttons don't work, the camera hole doesn't line up correctly and neither does the finger print scanner. Now get a bottle of aspirin before you start trying to deal with the customer service center. What a disappointment that's all I can say. I've gotten 2 iPhone cases from them before that and they've been great but after this I'd be very weary of what I received in the future because they do not want to make it right...

Ordered 2 cases. A samsung S20 in teal and a samsung S8 in purple. Order arrived a week later than indicated making it a 2 week delivery instead of one. The S20 arrived in purple and the S8 was white. The plastic screen protector looks hokie and not to the standard we expected. I won't order from punk case again. We are going to use them because I don't want to go through the hassle of a return since their shipping took so long and we need to protect our phones. Hopefully the cases will. Dissatisfied!

I bought a case for my S21 Ultra+, and the touchscreen was not good through their protector. The edges were almost impossible to grab (ie: pulling down the top menu, the "P" or the "A" on either side of the screen etc. I eventually had to cut the screen protector portion out and purchase a cheap-y screen protector.

Overall, too expensive, not great design.

My name is Randall Hancock I've owned a few punckcases im a painter and I need a case that blocks dust and water proof even though the lantern break over time and the speaker hole would eventually fill with dust and no one could hear me and finger print scanner never works my phone was always well protected but the last case I just ordered for s22 ultra did not fit my phone at all

I thought I'd give them a chance. Big mistake, huge! Received totally the wrong item. Was told to write return to sender on parcel and send back, there was no return address on the box, plus I live in the UK. I've since returned the case, they won't refund return postage even though it's there error and have been waiting for over 3 weeks for alleged refund or actual case to be sent. They don't reply back to emails. Dealing with PayPal now for refund. Don't buy from these guys.

Sent wrong color case. $#*! customer service. Refused to send correct case I ordered or give refund unless I paid to ship their mistake back! These people are scamming people! This business needs to be shut down! They are crooks!

I ordered a case for my son's phone. We waited over a week for him to use his phone, so it's protected. The case finally arrived, it was the wrong case, not for his phone type, even the wrong color. I reached out to the company, they were less than helpful and not swift in taking any action. They refused to pay for shipping it back, or offering to send the right one out to me. I payed shipping to return it, still no refund, and just ordered another one so I can ha e my son start using his phone. We waited to get the other one, and I emailed them telling them to get my order right this time. Once AGAIN- WRONG CASE! I reached out again, and they sent no solution other than to give a return label this time!. I need a case, need 2 refunds, and need to make yet another trip to the post office! Ive ordered several times and never had these issues, I'm extremely disappointed and will never recommend PunkCase again to anyone! Horrible company!

I was sent the wrong case and was told I could get an exchange or refund if I sent it back with a note and the order number. So I did weeks ago. I still don't have a case or my money back and I had to pay the shipping to send it back! I'm pretty sure this company is scamming people! Don't buy here!

Loved the case sold by punkcase but when I went to reorder one ( cause I'm in construction and they get beat up) it said it was delivered and nothing showed up. Then I contacted them and they said they would send out another one free of charge but it was ( out of stock) right now. Instead of waiting around I ordered another case but different color and that one was lost in transit. The out of stock one never got to me and two payments later I was never reimbursed. Poor customer service, poor quality service

DO NOT BUY! Wish I had read reviews first before purchasing. The product they send you is nothing remotely close to what you see in their advertising. I had ordered a iPhone 8 Plus waterproof case with the front being all pink and the backing black. What I received was a cheap piece of garbage that had a thin piece of plastic pink wiring on front and a clear flimsy backing that shows your phone color not black! Then then have the nerve to try to resolve the situation with 20 percent discount.

I've waited over 2 months and still no delivery. They also put one click buys at the checkout which should have been my warning that they were a dodgy business. Any good reviews were probably written by staff or bots.

I purchased an expedited-next day phone case and backup battery from these criminals almost 2 months ago and still have not received it. I've been chatting with their customer support trying to get a refund and they basically have ghosted me at this point. I have the entire chat log going back 2 months. Ive given up and now my mission in life is to research punkcase as diligently as i can and destroy them. Conversely, if your are the type of person that likes setting cash on fire then I would recommend them.

Bought a s20+ battery pack case, received it. Didn't work. Ask them for a new one or money back and they say I have to SEND them the faulty one first. What kind of customer service is that? Good luck competing against serious players punkcase. AliExpress has better service and they are 10.000 miles away

The cases are great - do the job and protect the phone from damage - but the customer service is atrocious.

I accidentally ordered the wrong case and sent SIX emails with no response. I was able to leave two voice messages, which was next to impossible because they were either experiencing high call volumes *automatic disconnect* or the mailbox was full.

I've never received a response to any of my attempts. Extremely unimpressed.
