Yesterday I helped a young friend to pick up her home furnishings from Public Storage in Alltamonte Springs. The unit was full of rodent droppings and some of the boxes and furnishings had been chewed through. We took everything away as the unit had been emptied but I am now arranging for about twenty percent of her property to be disposed of. This is my first encounter with a storage facility and I can't say that the condition of the place... ceiling looked very grubby and unpleasant, as if there were things hiding in it, and the rodent damage was at all a great introduction to them. However the roads to the units and the exteriors looked very clean and smart, in spite of the rodent traps everywhere. My experience would not encourage me to consider using Public Storage.

We have rented storage units with Public Storage on Des Moines Memorial Dr. In SeaTac for several years now. TJ and the staff there have always been very helpful and professional. Besides finding a unit that would fit my needs, TJ also shared valuable information on safely storing and preserving my property in good condition while in the storage unit. There was no pressure to rent more than what was needed or to buy additional items for storing.
The folks at this Public Storage facility are very pleasant to work with and I feel my items are safe and secure while in their care. I would highly recommend his facility if you need a place to store your belongings either long or short term.

This company has no consideration for customers and the staff worthless. I've given a 1 star because 0 is not an option. If you plan to rent a Storage space in Montclair, California, think twice. Security is a joke and management particularly "Delia" the onsite manager will deceive you and lie with a smile. I guarantee the 5 star reviews are employees.
I had my things stolen while at the facility the day I moved in yet her security camera's show nothing (Interesting) don't you think? Oh! And this was at the time of closing with only 3 customers including myself on the lot at the time. There are better choices then Public Storage read the reviews people, I certainly wish I had read them first before losing my things. I will be posting this on every website that will allow me to inform people how terrible this company is and what a worthless group of employees it hires.

I couldn't be more happy with the help I got from Amy. It's taken sometime to leave this (life). But she answered all my questions. After calling many places. Amy me feel comfortable making my choice.

Nicole was very friendly and knowledgeable. She had excellent customer service experience and did everything to make my situation better. She listened and try every and anything she could to help me. The Occuquan, Virginia Public Storage has the best Manager and employees ready to assist in any thing you need. They make you feel like your neighborhood pals and really right at home. They helped me choose the perfect unit that would fit my needs and wanted to make sure I was going to be satisfied in future months with the unit. I told them I would be back to visit and I will!

I thought I'd gotten a great deal with a 10x10. I paid. 99 cents to rent the location over a year ago not far from the Atlanta airport location. At the time, I thought it was a good deal. I should have known better. After 3 months, rates when up by $20. Since last year, I've been paying $180/month for a unit where insulation is falling out piece by piece. I asked about this and was told, 'oh don't worry this happens'. I WILL NEVER use Public Storage again!

Honestly never coming back here again, all the chargers I buy never work! It charges my device then it stops and it repeats I brought nails one time. I looked at the price tag it said for 3 dollars so I brought them because they're cute cheap and I like them right. Tell me why after it said on the thing that tells you how much money you owed for the iteams n stuff it said 10 dang dollars and I told the cashier if it was plus tax she said "no it's not bye!" Like miss gurl honestly the worst customer service Ever! And I do not mean to sound like a b word that's ungrateful and complains about something every 5 minutes I really don't recommend going here. Avoid Public Storage, a dishonest and dishonorable company that gouges customers with huge rent increases. After 6 months they raised my monthly rent from $170 to to $193. After another 7 months, they raised it to $215. That's a 26% increase in a little over a year. Outrageous! They could not provide any justification for these exorbitant increases. I am taking my business elsewhere. This predatory behavior is especially unpardonable during the pandemic and economic crises.

I have been with this company for 3+ years, and within the last year it has been disastrous. First my door was broke. The work order took them three whole months to look into it, but not fix it. A bolt was also missing on my door in which they would have noticed prior to fixing the door. Never replaced. Then there were the mice. Insurance is required upon getting a storage unit from them probably for this reason. I was told they set traps but don't spray anything. There weren't any traps in my area. So I had to pay for my own traps. In which case I will be getting reimbursed once I file the insurance claim. If you want a unsecured door, no visible cameras in the area, or mice droppings and urine on your belongings then by all means... but I don't think you do. Stay AWAY from Public Storage. I have addressed them on this matter more than once and nothing has been done.
