My name is Nathalie, one of the many satisfied customers at Public storage. I cannot thank public storage at park avenue, store *******, enough for savings my lawnmowers heavy equipment that day. After rearranging the storage and make it more organized, My boyfriend and I while in a hurry, forgot to lock it. We realized this 10 minutes soon enough while on the road and rushed back to the storage. The store manager, Brenda, was efficient and fast enough to put a new key in it, and had the courtesy to call us right back to let us know that she secured our storage, and to rest assure. Most storage offices or companies would not have cared or even worse dont monitor their property as advertised. Thank you public storage, thank you Brenda for saving our equipments.

I just have to tell the world about my experience with Patricia at Store #*******. Nowadays it is so difficult to find excellent customer service just about every where you patronize; however Patricia brought it back to the way it should be. Her knowledge and professional expertise is a great asset to Public Storage. I highly recommend anyone that needs storage space in Kansas City, KS to see Patricia beautiful smile, fresh smelling office and clean units available.

Very impressed how we were greeted by Ruth and Manager! Ruth immediately took care of our reservation. She is very detailed, knowledgeable and most of all, very polite. It was a pleasure doing business with her!

THE WORST customer experience:
- After Covid there are increases twice a year (wth?) They are harassing customers and raising rates every 6 months!
- Horrible and often rude phone staff
- Misleading and deceptive claims
- Try calling the 800 number, 10 -30 minutes to answer.

This company is nothing but bad vibes with everything they do. It is written everywhere "We respect customers" it's a total fraud!

I PROMISE YOU, YOU SHOULD NOT USE THIS COMPANY! BAD PEOPLE.

I just rented a storage space for my 1961 antique car. I did not have all of the paperwork that was needed to rent a space for an automobile and I lived 50 miles away. Margie was very helpful and said she could put a hold on the unit and I could come back within the hold time period. I obtained the paperwork that I needed and returned 5 days later. She was very helpful and did not get frustrated with me. She explained all of the rules and payment policy. I really appreciated all of her help in her courteous, friendly but yet professional manner. Upon inspection of the unit I found it to be clean, dry and move in ready. Based on her service I would recommend Public Storage to anyone I know.

Yesterday I helped a young friend to pick up her home furnishings from Public Storage in Alltamonte Springs. The unit was full of rodent droppings and some of the boxes and furnishings had been chewed through. We took everything away as the unit had been emptied but I am now arranging for about twenty percent of her property to be disposed of. This is my first encounter with a storage facility and I can't say that the condition of the place... ceiling looked very grubby and unpleasant, as if there were things hiding in it, and the rodent damage was at all a great introduction to them. However the roads to the units and the exteriors looked very clean and smart, in spite of the rodent traps everywhere. My experience would not encourage me to consider using Public Storage.
