TERRIBLE process trying to find the correct book/s to order for VA Flooring exam through PSI. I now am proceeding to order (8) books that I was directed to by your online "support" dept. They had no idea how to help or what I needed to take this exam. I've spent countless hours just to find my way here on your site - and to be directed to Amazon and various other providers of various books... I've never seen such a money-making, random business. Test-taking service was good. Book selling is your downfall - zero direction provided. The MANY emails and phone calls I've made to find these books - and the "choice" of ordering ALL of the books on your list (that I"ve finally been provided) makes you look careless, aloof, uninvolved, and uninterested to help. It's infuriating.

The books are very expensive for what was received. Plus I need to purchase the practice exam for another $100 or so just so I know where to tape the tabs in order to find the answers during the exam. Not happy with the overall expense.

Had two questions in the practice test that I purchased had incorrect answers only and no correct answer, when I clarified with the AI they told me that I was correct and that it did not provide the correct answer.

Bought a practice test when I signed up for my exam. After trying 5 times to re set my password still have not gotten an email I had to create a new account. Due to their lack of customer service or options they were rewarded with another 25 dollars from me. The web site doesn't work either.

This process has been absolutely awful. Just because I don't own a laptop, I have had to go through absolute hell every time I try to take the test and your system has caused me more anxiety than I have had in years. Fix it.

Answer: Complete and total scam! Run for your life do not use this company under any circumstances you will not get your certificate or license or whatever you're coming here for! They've taken my money twice and I still have nothing to show for it they've lost my test, a digital test that was watched by video for 2 hours by someone. Please tell me how that happens, now I'm at risk of losing my job because I can't get my license. This place literally is about to ruin my life. Go anywhere but here.
