They know all the ways to delay things and avoid ligitimate refunds BEWARE. My body turned up very unsuitable size and with a poo stain along the crotch. No returns info or label so I contacted them straight away on the email they gave out but it bounced. I then researched and found a current email address. It took 4 emails and 2 months but they eventually got back to me with a huge list of everything I must do in order for a refund. To cut it short, I sent it back with order number, correspondence, payment methods etc and forwarded them proof of postage another month on, still no refund I've had to take it through PayPal now.

Do not buy from this company they're thieves and refuse to refund you. I sent my product back 2 weeks ago it arrived on the 23/08/23. I sent it recorded and signed for and to this day they're refusing to give me a refund. I've provided proof of tracking and the signature of whoever received the parcel but they're adamant the goods have not arrived. They do not answer their telephone and they've stopped responding to my emails. Do not buy from here.

I ordered from this company last week. I have tried over and over to get a hold of them through email and by phone. I received an email yesterday 3-18-24 same my package was here in my mailbox. I literally went outside minutes later and there was no package in mailbox. I looked in neighbors mailbox also and there was no package I've had try over and over to call this company via email or phone and there's been no response I have left several messages and no response. I do not recommend anyone to buy from this company.
My first order arrived, wrong item. Returned it and received replacement four weeks later. Again completely wrong. The item they sent was not even on their website. They are insisting it's the correct item and refusing to refund. Even if it was the correct item I still have the right to return. If you feel like throwing £40 away go for it, if not stay away. 1 star way too good for this company.
