From a data analysis perspective, ProProfs Quiz Maker works incredibly well because it not only produces reports that are easily digestible but also integrates with tons of other analysis and data visualization tools. It makes the job much easier in terms of analyzing the results.

After using the trial version of about 3 major companies ProProfs' format stood out far above the rest so I immediately upgraded to for a year's worth of services.
After a day I experienced some technical problems. I wrote the ProProfs and got a response the next day. The matter was resolved when I chatted with one of their live online techs. In a world people who fail to get back with you, slow to respond, or give ineffective solutions I am very happy for the systems of this amazing company!

With ProProfs, we've managed to speed up our lead generation process. This was possible by creating lead generation quizzes enabled with a lead-capture form and integration with marketing automation tools. Discovered this site while researching soil and water conservation quizzes for work.

Found a quiz for 6th grade Water Science. Of 18 questions, one answer was outright incorrect, three were vague with multiple possible answers (not addressed), and two were not relevant to the subject. Further, the software failed to give a score; instead attempting (and failing) to show a 19th question.

Checking other grade school subject quizzes found similar levels of inaccuracy, poor construction, or questionable questions. The work by the site's owners appears satisfactory, but the quizzes construction by users significantly reduce its trustworthiness. Such quizzes are not recommended for general use.

After over a dozen communications via email with support -- the issue with this specific complaint was resolved. It took nearly three months. Yes, I will continue to use ProProfs regardless because the issues were eventually resolved and the lack of personnel may be global.

Take-away:
Use the form online to obtain a support ticket number (not a phone call or chat). The ticket number I received through this method remained constant, where the others changed and I had to reiterate the problem every time as well as the steps I already took to attempt resolution.

Send screenshots of the error in the email itself and not as an attachment. Also send all of the links that produce the faults.

Respond to the most recent email received on that same ticket number every few days to check on the status (you receive numerous generic emails where your reply will drop into a void). Make sure all prior communications are in that email when checking the status.

Eventually, you will reach someone on the other end of the communication who can/will resolve the problem. Again, this may be pandemic-related and thus temporary.

I tried creating flashcards twice on this site, and both times the system glitched. I spent hours on the work just so that it wouldn't save it. The issue? Who knows. The representative could not help much when I reached out for assistance. I do not recommend this website at all. It's a waste of time and energy.
