Excellent Firm. The big plus is that a customer can actually reach someone - by telephone or online - to help them with orders. MEGA KUDOS to your firm. It makes the rest of the competition look like bottom feeders, by comparison. The cost of having people to answer questions if more than offset by the addition new and repeat business - and positive word of mouth advertising - generated by this customer friendly approach.

Instead of answering each question, they referred me back to the instructions. I made one last attempt to communicate and they stopped responding. I got PayPal involved to get a refund. Btw, item had to be returned at my expense. AVOID this company at all costs.
During the past 4 years I've purchased 3 of the VP-78 recorder pens to use in my business. Initially the pens worked well. But now none of the pens is working. They fully charge, but do not record. I have contacted customer service, but I have not received any response. I'm simply looking for a possible technical solution so I can use these devices.

I have tried to contact these people and have been unsuccessful. I have submitted questions 6 times and have yet to get an answer. I have called no less than 10 times and have been unsuccessful in getting to talk to someone. I would like to purchase some of their products but I would like to ask a few questions first. When I read their reviews I wonder if I really want to do business with the people. If I have any problems or questions after I spend my hard earned money will I be able to get in contact with them as I am having such a hard time contacting them before making a purchase.

Purchased an i-gotU GT120B and got it in a bubble wrap envelope without a purchase recipt. Attempted to contact seller repeatedly and got no response to either my phone calls od messages sent to them. Sunsequently learned that their return policy for the item was undesirble. A 20% restocking fee for unopened an unopend box and a 50% return fee if the box was opened. I will never urchase anything form this seller again.
The product is difficult to set up. The directions are impossible to understand. After literally reading the directions for days, I decided it wasn't worth it. I put everything back in the package exactly as it had come to get it returned. When I reached out to the company to return they said they don't take returns if the product's package has been opened. LOL. What a joke. I guess this is why I will stick with Amazon Prime for all of my online shopping. At least I know I can return products that I don't like.

Have to buy a replacement piece for something that was not in my orginal order. Have spoken to customer representative who was of NO help, sent email to another customer service representative who again was of NO help. it is not fair that I need to spend an additional 17.50 to buy a piece that SHOULD have been included in my orginal order. Very lousy customer service. will not recommend this company.
The customer service is terrible. The address that I provided to proofpronto is correct but the product was sent back to them saying "Undeliverable as Addressed" but that is not the issue. I understand USPS might have made mistake and sent the product back to Proofpronto. Don't take my word for it, just try contacting them via phone about return issue, the automated calling system hangs up on you, and they tell you, they will only speak to you if you wish to make a purchase.
I made number of attempt via their website under return/refund but no one contacted me. Finally I contacted the sale department via website, they tole me that I might be contacted by mail person when on the USPS tracking shows it was returned back to them. I also called the U.S. post office and say had told me that it was return back to the vendor.
The bottom line is from this experience, I realized their customer service and communication is not very good, they just don't care after they make their sale. It's a yeahooostore, not sure where it is actually being run from..
