The dress arrived quickly, when it wasn't what I wanted I sent it back and they returned my full amount (less return shipping as stated in policy) quickly to my original credit card. I will definitely use them again. They were true to their word related to their return and refund policy. Very easy to deal with and reasonable shipping rates (didn't gouge you on the return like some companies do).

Love Promgirl! We have ordered several dresses over the years from them. From pageants to homecoming they have what you are looking for. Formal wear always runs a bit smaller then your normal street size so you need to keep that in mind when ordering. Shipping is fast, and easy returns if needed. Typically you will need a little altering for a custom fit but that is to be expected. They carry all the name brands as well as very affordable but quality choices.

I competed in a pageant this past January with a dress I ordered from Promgirl. It came on time and my dress was great. I am short and so my mom had to fix it a little but that's not the company or website's fault. A lot of people loved my dress and while this was my first time ordering from there, I really do believe PromGirl is not a scam. Seconds after ordering, I got an email from google saying they would protect my purchase if anything happened. I felt safe the whole time. :D

I had a great experience with the chat line and with the customer service that followed. Prom Girl made sure that my daughters prom dress, which was out of stock, was ordered and sent directly from the designer. This service went above and beyond and I really appreciated it. We received it in plenty of time for her event and for some minor alterations needed. I hope in the future this industry can carry petites as well. Thanks again

My daughter loves this dress. We did have to take up some, but we ordered big just in case they ran small. I think that it would be true to size and looks great. It is see-through, so we need a slip, but that is the only thing we would change.

The dress is gorgeous and fits super well. I love the detail on it, I was scared it was going to look cheap and be cheap material! But I loved it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We ordered a dress that we loved but it had some quality issues when it showed up. While it was listed as a "final sale" item, the customer service team worked with us, understood we didn't have time to wait on another replacement dress for our event --- and refunded us the full price of the dress. I searched everywhere for a prom dress for my 13 year old and it seemed impossible to find a dress that would fit her... shes tall and thin and every dress we saw wouldnt fit right. I went on this website and I am so glad I did my daughter is in love with her dress and so am i... My dress came so quick and it's even prettier in person. I wasn't sure about the size and thought it would be much to big for me, I'm a 100 pound girl only 5'2" I usually am the smallest in everything my mom convinced me to get the 1/2 rather than the 0 and I'm really glad I took the risk it fits perfectly, length and everything. This is my second dress from this website and I am forever going to buy my dresses for school dances off of prom girl

Beautiful dress; nice quality material; the rhinestones on the flower area is a nice touch; I'm having more added to the waist area during alterations to bring some bling to the top. Fits true to size. Processed and received within one week of ordering. The clasps at the neckline were not very secure and one fell off while trying on the dress - will have it replaced during alterations as well.

After reading all the reviews i was kinda hesitant cuz its online and most reviews are kinda bad but i wanted to give it a try i ordered the dress on a sunday night and it got shipped monday morning, i chose the 3 day delivery but it got delivered tuesday, basically sooner than i expected, i dont know if its because i live in Maryland and its closer, basically the delivery went smoothly with no problems but thats not the only thing, the dress was breathtaking! It was EXACTLY like the picture! Everything was amazing in it i fell in love with the first time saw it! Will be ordering from here again soon!

This was the first purchase we've made from promgirl.com. The dress fit my daughter perfectly and she looked gorgeous in it. She got many compliments on it. Ordering was easy; my daughter (she's 13) measured herself and told me which size she needed. I ordered it late on a Tuesday evening, and received it on Friday. Much easier and less time consuming than going out from store to store. Great deal and value! Oh, just FYI, the dress is all white with a nude lining on top.

The dress fir perfect. I was worried about not getting it in time but I ordered it on a Tuesday and I got it that Staurday.
