This company is a scam. Do not trust them. Do not give them any money. I have been ignored for about a year now since paying them for a website design and trademarking for my logo. They blocked my phone number and every time I use their live chat, they talk to me until I tell them my name and then silence. Jay, Ethan, Dean, Mike, Ryan. All employees who I have been escalated to and then completely ignored by a day after speaking with them. I have asked for a refund for the website as it states 100% satisfaction guaranteed or your money back. I am not satisfied, and they didn't even finish the website, and do you think they will refund me? Not a chance because they are a scam.
