I received a defective item from projectorscreen.com, which was no fault of their own of course. But my problem came when I tried to return it for an exchange within the first week of purchasing. Sadly they only have a 14 day return policy and you are charged a significant restocking fee. I was left with no choice but to go to the manufacturer for repair/replacement warranty, which turned out to be a long and frustrating venture. Projectorscreen.com does have very good customer service, but beware of their return policy. I won't be purchasing there any more due to that. I will stick with sellers that have hassle-free policies for returns and/or exchanges like Amazon.

It was my first time purchasing a projector screen and I was extremely satisfied with working with Projectorscreen.com. They will go above and beyond to ensure you are fully understanding the best configurations to suit your needs and will ensure that your transaction is smooth from start to finish despite purchasing on line. I will 100% buy from them again and refer them to all of my friends.
I additionally would like to give the same feedback for screen innovations who had an excellent quality screen and excellent customer service as well it has been a pleasure.

Just bought a UST projector from projectorscreen.com. We liked the experience so far. The projector order process was straightforward. The price was competitive with other websites, we even got a discount as new customer. The delivery was quick, shipped next day, Fedex Home Delivery, took about a week since we are on the other coast (to be expected). They did put another box on top of the projector box (nice!), but the outer packaging could use a little more padding. Projector was brand new as promised.

These guys answered their phones after business hours on a Friday night. Wasn't really expecting to talk to anyone, let alone anyone that knows what they were talking about. Boy was I wrong! They clearly know projector screens and don't seem married to any one brand in particular. They stayed late to help with only a few hundred dollar order, and they even followed up the next week to make sure everything went smoothly.

I can see why there are so many good reviews- these guys are certainly reputable.

I cannot say enough good things about the folks at projectorscreen. I dealt with Brian two years ago... and I didn't pull the trigger on a purchase. Two years later, I was more ready to buy and Brian could not have been nicer in guiding me through the process and answering every single detailed question I had. He fully understood that I was a very discerning buyer and I did not want to have buyer's remorse in any way. The shipping process was EXACTLY as he described. He was direct with what was available and when it would be available. Considering the disruption to normal business operations, the customer service experience was off-the-charts spectacular. My system (projector, screen, AVR) is now fully set up and working perfectly out of the box. I haven't even dialed in the system just yet and it is far surpassing what I had before. This company will be a first stop for me in the future.

I sent several emails and left a couple of voicemails this past Saturday since my brand-new projector I bought from them wasn't working properly. I was having a party that night and bought the projector specifically for that night. The owner of the company personally called me back that same day and helped me troubleshoot my problem and get everything working. I couldn't be happier!

When the item didn't arrive on time, they OVERNIGHTED another one on their tab. They "saved" the day since I had construction workers waiting for the paint on Aug. 11. I would definitely do business with them again. Courteous and gracious communications! Wonderful to work with!

The site was easy to navigate and they provided a lot of info on the products I was looking for. They made buying something I didn't know much about an easy and seamless process.
