I ordered wall paint ($200) for my projector on 05/23. A week after on 05/30, I contacted their customer service to check on the order. They assured me it would ship the following Monday (06/02). On 06/08, I had follow up again and they finally shipped the paint on 06/09, which I received on 06/11, almost 3 weeks after placing my order. I give the poor rating because I had to actively contact their customer service to get the order fulfilled. I also asked if they could give me some discount for the inconvenience. After flatly refusing, they agreed to a $5 discount, which quite doesn't do it. Overall, disappointed with the service.
