They did everything they could to get out of my windshield replacement. Twice. I hired them to insure my vehicle, I wanted my windshield replaced and I got a very hard time about it.I then fired them and went back to my previous company. I dont recommend them. My policy was recurring and paid in full
01/11/2024 Received a call from so called supervisor Kori Wellington, after being so phoney to find out all the details of the accident, and because my daughter mentioned INSTA CART, PROGRESSIVE Keith Clark-Thompson along with this co harts decided to deny the claim because of their LOOP HOLE FOR RIDE SHARE, My daughter never picked up INSTA-CART order, only mentioned to the agent and this was their GOLDEN TICKET TO GET OUT OF THE CLAIM.
I HATE PROGRESSIVE they should not advertise their phony commercials, should advertise how they deny claims.
They Contacted me after their insured recklessly drove though my fence. I provided the info. Requested, DELAY-DELAY, contacted them again they changed adjusters of course they could forward info to new adjuster anything to delay payment!Progressive Claim #23-*******
Progressive Insurance is using a tiny little scam with our money. Progressive Insurance charged me as if I live in the big city but, not where I'm actually at with way much lower rates. So, now I cancel with them because of this major overcharge and my refund is going to be short because of this exact scam. Progressive Insurance probably knows us Consumers are not going to be able to know what channel to prove the shortness or will not try and get us our correct money back. Someone needs to research how many times Progressive Insurance does this to us humans. I know I'm shorted, watch out for that Auto Repeat Pay that's where they get you.
JONTA HUDSON a Progressive agent we had a storm December 2022. I filed a claim Progressive sent an agent out to look at the car Miss Hudson. She looked at it for five minutes. Did not check any of the electrical and called me and told me that the claim was denied, she's a rude idiot who did not do her job and I can plan my Progressive and Progressive did not do anything either. They take our money every month but won't do a job.
ASI was our insurer during a recent move for a homeowner's policy. It has been two years and they still refuse to pay a legal claim. They have switched adjustors and refused to comply with the terms of the policy. Do not use any programs backed by Progressive. They are not honorable. It is quite a substantial claim and left the shipment 3 weeks in another city and never notified me of this. They kept saying it is on its way. Buyers beware.
