This healthcare company is the worse. They say they would pay for a periodontist, because the closest one on their panel was 100 miles away, and after 3 months they still refuse to pay. You call them and a person in the Philippines answers. They usually have no idea what you need. They become frustrated and hang up on you. I ask for a US representative so they connect me with Trinidad? They are the worst. Since this is renewal season choose anyone else.

Purchased a chaise cover from this company. When it arrived it was not anything like the dimensions I sent them. I called and asked to have it remade. I sent pictures of the cover sent. I now have emailed them 6 times and called them 5. When they recognize the number they disconnect the call. Immediately I stopped payment. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM. They chose not to make the purchase right

We always encourage our customers to upload photos of the product and, if available, to include the model number of the item. The background check listed multiple people that had no relationship to search. If you put a name in to search they scam you and say when you do this you agree not to request your refund. The search was absolutely useless, but they would not return the charge. DO NOT USE, THEY ARE A SCAM.

Spectrum salesman came to the door of a mentally disadvantaged person, who comes to the food bank, in which I volunteer. They sold her TV and Phone service for $230. Her entire disability check is $700. This is absolutely despicable. Just to make his quota he has taken advantage of her. When she could not pay her bill they shut her phone and tv off for 3 weeks. She cannot be without a phone due to her medical condition. When I called customer service they were rude and justified their actions. Their final offer was to take $20 off for the internet. She would not know how to turn on the internet. This company is a heartless leach who jams service on the disaadvantaged. Do not deal with them. Their days are numbered anyway. If I could give them a minus star, I would.

ASI was our insurer during a recent move for a homeowner's policy. It has been two years and they still refuse to pay a legal claim. They have switched adjustors and refused to comply with the terms of the policy. Do not use any programs backed by Progressive. They are not honorable. It is quite a substantial claim and left the shipment 3 weeks in another city and never notified me of this. They kept saying it is on its way. Buyers beware.

There are so many new streaming video sites, like IPTV and about 10 others that cost next to nothing and offer a much-improved viewing experience. The loud commercials are gone and the $80. A month payment Do research and change

I wanted to add an item to a return that I had not shipped yet. Zulily said no, I had to purchase another label. I had not sent the package. They will do anything to extract additional fees from their customers. The company matches their clothes. CHEAP
