Pro-Form

Please do not business with them. They will keep you on wait for 2-3 hours for every call. If you buy a treadmill you will have to deal with the company for shipping, delivery and maintenance, if you want to spend 5-6 hours of your life doing this then do business with them otherwise stay away. I was forced to cancel my order because they refused to do doorstep delivery and they charged me 400$ to cancel my order which was not even delivered. Save yourself, stay away from them.

I bought this treadmill for my daughter and I thought the iFit option would be an excellent extra to have built into the treadmill. But I found that the machine relies totally on the iFit subscription and if you don't purchase the subscription (at an eye-watering $45/month) it is very awkward to use. Why can't there just be a switch to toggle between iFit and manual use? There is manual mode but it is very limiting and frustrating to use. You cannot just get on the machine and run for 20 minutes. It has a preset timer that ends the session after 10 minutes forcing you to do the warm-up and cool down again. It's like they are punishing you for not buying the subscription. I paid $1800 for this controlling, frustrating, piece of junk, that my daughter does not use. I don't think I could sell it at half the price. It also takes forever to load up and connect to wifi. Why these major companies have surrendered to iFit? It's like suicide! I hope they go broke. What a waste of my money. John(Australia)

8 month old elliptical broken, in warranty been 4 months, terrible customer service, parts shipped 4 times, new parts had no effect, serve people out 4 times.

I have had my Pro-Form 5000 for 1 month. I did not purchase the white glove delivery option but in hindsight should have. The boxed treadmill weighed 300lbs and took some doing to get into the house. Make sure you have a team to get it from the curb into the house if you do not purchase the upper level delivery options. It was fairly easy to assemble. I have enjoyed the online workouts, I have only tried the running workouts. The videos are well done and the trainers are interesting. I don't like that the warm up and cool down are not calculated in my total distance or time however. Some of the on screen buttons are small and difficult to select while running, you have to stop in order to select at times. It is an overall solid machine and I do recommend it.

Unfortunately my wife had to argue with the delivery team to have them bring our pro-form into the house. They wanted her to open the garage and they would just place it in there and then just wanted to leave it on the driveway since she wouldn't open the garage. They reluctantly brought it into the house after being told I would be home in a few minutes to talk to them.
Set up was not particularly difficult, but we could not get the display system to work properly without first registering for the iFit program which neither one of us wanted. We just went through the registration process and then immediately cancelled once it started working.

I received my Proform HIT Trainer in January 2020. Since this time I have been able to use it only 4 months as the machine has broken three times with repair downtimes of approximately 4-6 weeks on each occurrence. I love my machine when it's working but the down times for service are unacceptable. Proform delivers parts timely but the service even with an extended service agreement causes dislike for the company, product and Ifit as a whole. I am considering selling my machine or potentially just giving it away and purchasing a more reliable product. I read the reviews but unfortunately on the Proform website they apparently censor the reviews because my initial statement of disappointment never appeared. So spend the extra money on a better product you will be much happier in the long run.

I've been following the tv ads for Pro-Form for a long time but never invested in one until now. We have a small home and with kids it feels even smaller. I never though we could fit workout equipment in our home until I found this compact unit. The treadmill has everything you'd expect from a company like Pro-Form - great customer service and solid equipment with ease of use. Product arrived nicely packaged with plenty of protection and in perfect shape. Instructions for assembly were easy to follow with minimal parts to be put together. Performs quietly and even tho compact still gives all the normal functions of a treadmill. I received a discount on this product for my honest review.

The spin bike I received was great quality and super simple to put together. I would say it is easier with two people to help lift and lock in place the seat and handle pieces. It took my husband and I less than an hour to build. I was sent this item in exchange for my unbiased opinion after having some time to experience it with a few work outs. I loved being able to finally work out from home. The petals definitely need some shoes although looks like you can replace them if preferred. Overall great quality item and made for a great workout.

We have the space saving treadmill that folds up. We went for this option because our space is limited. It has been a real life saver after my husbands work gym was shut down. He has really enjoyed getting a little cardio in each day. I love to run and walk and this has been by far the best option for us! Even my kids have found the treadmill fun and easy to use. It's kept us all active.

This brand offers great product which are compact and yet packed with complete features. Usually such exercise machines are bulky and takes a lot of space for a home gym setup but this brand offering is really nice for people who would want to setup gym at home. Pandemic not only hit businesses and jobs but also exercise routines for some people like me. I badly missed gym not until I came to know about this brand. The machine itself is really nicely made and can be easily moved around. It's very compact and takes very less space. I really enjoy working out. This is so much better than going to a gym! I have the ability to walk/run in while utilizing some of the most amazing trainers in the most beautiful places. I love how it adjusts to the terrain and speed of the trainer. It folds ups easily and its just as easy to let back down when ready to use.

What a wonderful company. My Proform Treadmill came quickly. Having this treadmill while the gyms are closed during this pandemic has really helped me and my daughter. The Programs they have with it are great. My daughter loves to run i tell you she runs and enjoys this so much. Their customer service is outstanding. This is the second Pro-Form bike we purchased and once again, we are LOVING the quality of this company's products! The bike is solid and made to last! Shipping was fast and set up was a breeze, it took less than 30 minutes from box to completion with their great instructions. Being an active family of 5, someone is always working out and we love adding Pro-Form equipment to our line up in our home gym!

I received a Pro-Form spin bike and have really enjoyed mixing up my work outs. I generally run on treadmill but was looking for something to help break up the same work outs day in and day out. Received it and me and my 9 year old were able to put it together in about 1 hour time. Pretty straight forward instructions. I did purchase a different seat as I've got a bigger booty;-). I have been nothing but pleased with this product. The setup, was easy, its lightweight but lacking nothing. Safety features, settings and well lit display are all up to par. This treadmill is well used by all members of our family! Can't go wrong with this one!

I purchased a Power Tower from Pro-Form a couple of months ago and it has been a great addition to my workouts. It came with good directions for assembly, but I'm terrible with directions. Lol. I called customer service and they had me fixed up in no time. Assembly was really fast and easy. Me and my teenage son put it together in maybe 30 minutes. I was afraid it might be wobbly, but it's really sturdy. Great for pull ups, chin ups and leg lifts. I received this product at a discount in exchange for my unbiased opinion.
