I have been hearing a lot of hype about "spinning" and decided to check it out. I got the ProForm 500 SPX with interchangeable seat and am thrilled. I have always had problems with my knees and could not run, but this spin bike gives me a good workout. I can do a session whenever I want without having to get out in the weather and going to the gym. This bike is sturdy and feels expensive but is actually reasonably priced. I am rather fluffy, so, the seat is going to be changed out for something more comfortable to me. Also, I am short and this bike is fully adjustable and easy to adjust so my fiance' and I can easily adjust the bike to our own comfort levels! My new ProForm bike is everything I wanted in an at home exercise bike and with the iFIT bluetooth compatibility, to connect to my phone, it is like having a private trainer. It has been a wonderful way to get some exercise in as our weather changes to cold & rainy in the Pacific NW and I am more likely to stay indoors, especially with my 4 kids. This ProForm bike is such a smooth ride and feels very sturdy, even when pedaling ‘out of the saddle' using my full body weight. It has a magnetic resistant wheel with 16 different levels of resistance that can be manually set or can be controlled by the iFIT program during a workout.
It has been a delight to ride this ProForm indoor bike that is such great quality! It is simple to assemble, amazingly quiet and so far very easy to ride. The iFIT program with it, is very helpful in encouraging me to work hard while taking a class and seems to help the time go by faster. It is also very helpful when the instructor gives a lesson on how the bike should be adjusted based on my body height in part of their interaction with you. When I got the chance to get the ProForm Carbon CX at a reduced rate for my unbias review I had to jump on it! I have been very happy with this new addition to my routine. I get a great workout out of this bike. I was very impressed by the fit and quality of the parts. I can ride with confidence and feel secure as this bike is very stable. The adjustments make is possible to fit many different body types. It is a good size and does not take up too much space.

I recently got the ProForm Bike with IFit trial. I received this product at a discount in exchange for my honest feedback. I play soccer, and due to Covid, last year was non existent, and this season was cut short. Going in to winter, I knew I needed something to keep my legs in shape, and this bike is definitely it! Bike was easy to assemble, but the box was a bit rough to finagle since it was so large. I love how sturdy the bike is, how slim and sleek it is, but I have to say that I hate the seat. It is very hard and just not comfortable. I am going to be replacing it with a gel seat. In the meantime, it's still a great workout, and I love using the IFit app to "travel" to other places around the world for my bike rides. The instructors are easy to hear, and very clear about techniques, and the motivation is great!

When covid had begun I halted exercising. Seeing the workouts with proform machines in advertisements drove me to need one of their machines for my home gym. I kept seeing advertisements on facebook and I was super captivated. The work outs advertised truly give me inspiration to keep attempting different things. Proform has changed my health. As someone prone to hereditary health issues using an elliptical has given me a way to keep myself healthy. It also has helped me stay accountable! I love my machine. It's truly changed my lifestyle. Incredible bike with very awesome features and capabilities. Comes equipped with the iFit technology which is very beneficial because you aren't just sitting and staring at the wall. You are actually being engaged by a virtual instructor who takes you on tour of another part of the world. (You will need a device that can download the iFit application.) Putting the bike together out of the box was seemingly easier than I expected. Setting the bike up to my personal preferences was simple enough as well. There is even a safety feature to stop the bike in an instant if needed. The pedals will definitely hold your feet in place. The seat takes some getting used to. The handle bars are ergonomic and I think there are three ways to hold them. There is a water bottle holder as well as light dumbells easy to reach under the bike seat. So elevating your workout to more than just legs is the best part. Overall this bike is nothing short of sensational. I did receive this bike at a discounted rate in exchange for candid feedback.

The different levels of cycling resistance gives me varied options to select the level as per my desire. It comes along with a 30 day iFit membership. I found the app vey user friendly, it provides access to a lot of variety of videos and live classes. The bike is very sturdy and heavy duty. I find the tablet holder, located in the front to be very convenient. It allows me to exercise and follow the instructions in the app or binge on my favorite show. It comes along with a set of 3 pound dumbbells which is conveniently placed behind the seat. This provides an easy access to the dumbbells while I'm on my bike. My friends elliptical was ProForm and I loved it so when I went looking for my treadmill I kinda leaned that way. Glad I did, customer service is great, I was never left on hold, and assembly was easy too.
