We ordered a showdown fish finder from Products that save and gave our credit card number. We ordered on January 11,2010 and today is January 21,2010 and still haven't received it or anything stating it was shipped. We have sent 2 e-mails asking about our shipment and called-leaving 5+ messages and NO ONE has returned our calls. This was to be a birthday gift for my husband... Not good business practices...
I ordered a showdown fish finder on feb. 23,2010. Took my credit card and havent heard from them since. This is 10-28-2010. Followed with several emails, calls and no reply. Cannt get a credit back on my card and no response. Who has a number for the owner of the site?
I got ripped off. I bought a vaporizer from these guys and it was missing parts. I sent an e-mail but I was told they only made $4 per item from the transaction and wouldn't hep me further. Big scam don't buy from these guys
I just got off the phone with the owner (mark) and he said that thay are understaffed to help keep prices low. And that I will get my order in next week he was nice and took some time to get this on the rite path. So at the end of next week I will tell you how well thing's whent. Mybe I jumped the gun and getting all worked up but only time will tell. I was also told that most of the bad reviews are from a discrontaled exemployee. And that it can take a couple days to get phone calls / e-mails returned due to the understaffing. I hope this place is good and honest. If so then thay will get a good note from me. And if not then I will take all the steps to protect myself.

Got my eccotemp L5 on feb 22/2010 I ordered it on feb 07/2010 item is in good shape a lttle late but not a bad for the price. I got it for a total of $113 with shipping and everthing.
Ordered a showdown 5.6! With cc on 1-20-2010! Today is 1-28-2010! No e-mails, returned phone calls or nothing! BBB say's 21 complaints for this exact thing! Non-delivery! So now what can we DO!

I have been waiting for the showdown also and haven't got any update for a month and can't get any reply form phone messages and emails.
