I adore the people that work at Products Direct. They were helpful, kind and responsive. Through no fault of theirs, I'm guessing just nature of the industry, our order was tricky to get scheduled for delivery.
Severe lack of communication. I was told I'd have tracking in "about 24 hours", yet didn't receive anything for 3 weeks after it shipped until I had to reach out to them twice for a response. Nor were they very helpful or apologetic when finally responding to me.

Not satisfied at all. Had to reach out multiple times for a very basic response with no apologies or explanation for why things were taking so long.

This company is absolutely terrible. Please do not buy from them.
They overcharged me during the checkout process. If you are not in the UK - they show prices excluding UK VAT and then add the VAT back into the total. This is a deliberate effort to mislead the consumer.
When I contacted their customer services about being overcharged they blamed me for ordering from the wrong site! I landed there from google - had no idea they even had multiple sites - how was it my fault?
Every interaction with their customer service team resulted in a response from a different person. There is zero continuity. I had 4 interactions with them, each taking over a day and by the 4th interaction I was further back than when I started so I just gave up.

Quick service. We needed one more carton of flooring to finish our kitchen remodel, plus one reducer strip. The rep we spoke to was fantastic. He assured me both items were in stock and he got them shipped the next day.the floor looks beautiful. Your service and pricing are wonderful.

Quote advised product delivery by 7/18. Products delivered 8/3. Terrible shipping company used (YRC/Yellow). They lost product twice and did not seem to care much about it. That being said, the representatives and sales team at Products Direct were great and engaged. I just hope you will consider sending your business to a different shipping company.

My sales rep was super helpful but my product came in damaged, it came in damaged from manington itself the floor maker. Many boxes of floor, stair nose and molding were damaged and we had scale back how much floor will be going in our house.
Lyndsay is super helpful always, but I haven't received any refunds as of yet. It's in process.

Delivery date kept slipping. Finally received on Feb 15 when promised Feb 4. One box was damaged but haven't been able to verify if flooring is harmed

Item needed to finish flooring job was received in excellent condition, only complaint would be cheap quality of track to attach reducer, track broke with ease, had to glue reducer to floor

I had great help on the front end with my order. Almost all of our stair treats came damaged on the mitered ends. We are trimming them down, so it's not a big deal for us, but if someone did plan to use the corners, it would be a big deal. I think the manufacturing company needs to troubleshoot their packaging.
