This order through Groupon was a nightmare to complete. It took several days to get it resolved and intervention from Groupon and then your site was still unclear on several pages and not intuitive or user friendly at all. You all used to be better--what happened? This was a terrible experience. The metal images are dull and washed out. This was a complete waste of money as the prints are so washed out and ugly I will have my beautiful images of flamingos from my honeymoon reproduced by a more competent company and donate your crap to a thrift store. I will NEVER use printer pix again YOU SUCK!

There was a problem getting this package out for mail. I was impressed though with the rapid responses to my queries and that the problem was resolved quickly.
I ordered my photo book 3 weeks prior to when I needed it by, and it didn't come in time. I needed it for my wedding day. Once it finally got here too late, all of the pictures are stretched and distorted. I'm very displeased with this experience and product all around. Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Order off of a trusted site instead.
