I received my order, a blanket, with an error in the printing. Patricia at customer service sorted out the problem with a replacement blanket quickly and efficiently. Very quick response from Patricia to my emails considering all this took place over the Christmas period. Great customer service and will definitely use the company again. Blanket was great quality. I would give this printed blanket 10 stars if I could! I had a blanket made for my Mom as she has just begun chemo. The entire blanket is covered with pictures of her family and Bible verses that I made the graphics for. She boo hoo'd when I have it to her. The color vibrancy. The softness. The quick turn around. I am nothing short of impressed and was SO, SO happy I chose y'all to make it! It is a cherished gift now! Thank you!
I've noticed that the image transformation and rearrangement process is a bit unconventional. As a professional photographer who has worked with numerous printing companies, I found this experience slightly different from others, which initially slowed down my workflow. While I can't comment on the final product quality just yet, I will certainly follow up with feedback once I receive the prints. Update the quality it ar a professional level and I will be using to place future orders.

I choose because PrinterPix because I like to try different companies to find the best quality for the price. While I can not comment on the quality yet, I will say I was a little taken by surprise by the price, I assumed I was going to be getting the promo from the final price, however, the promo was already in there. I assumed it would have been less expensive but if the quality is there then ill continue to order form here.
Super easy to navigate the website and how to upload & add pictures. Love the fact that you offer a double-sided collage blanket! I did pay for the extras with HD color printing and no PP logo which I think were worth it! Will be buying again!

Printerpix stands but their guarantee to make sure you are pleased with your product. The customer service representative was courteous, helpful and ready to make things right.
I was given a an option for one day only, for a second book for $21.99. When I clicked on it, it added up to about $74 instead of $47. I called talked to 2 people, i was told that even though it was offered to me, I couldn't have it because I had a groupon coupon. False advertising. Very disappointed.

The blanket I ordered was better than I expected it to be. All of the photos came out clear, color was very true to the originals and the quality of the blanket itself also exceeded my expectations. Loved the blanket I got from PrinterPix. It is a little small, so I am not sure what I will use it for. Quality was pretty good and the pictures came out fairly well. I would order one of these again, if I needed one for a gift or something.
I had an amazing experience with PrinterPix! They did a beautiful job with the personalized photo books I ordered. And when I noticed a problem with the binding on one of the books, they sent me a replacement copy. The support staff were very helpful and prompt in their responses.

I made a mistake on my first blanket and printer pix offered me a discount when I ordered another blanket. Turned out beautiful. My mom is going to love it
The creation process was intuitive. The final product is great-- sharp pictures and color, nice, thick pages. I do have one issue-- 2 of the books were slightly damaged-- a small "dent" in the bottom of the cover. Is it possible to get those replaced?
