I received my order, a blanket, with an error in the printing. Patricia at customer service sorted out the problem with a replacement blanket quickly and efficiently. I would give this printed blanket 10 stars if I could! I had a blanket made for my Mom as she has just begun chemo. The entire blanket is covered with pictures of her family and Bible verses that I made the graphics for. She boo hoo'd when I have it to her. The color vibrancy. The softness. The quick turn around. I am nothing short of impressed and was SO, SO happy I chose y'all to make it! It is a cherished gift now! Thank you!
Great books but terrible service. If you don't have issues, no problem, But if you do have issues... Good luck. Customer service people are really nice but system does not allow them to know much nor do what they need to do to resolve issues. Very frustrating. Spoke to many different agents over many weeks and they all have different messages for you. I had simple a simple issue for over a month and they still can't resolve it. Very sad to deal with them. Just want my books and it will be the last time I deal with them. Too bad,

2 weeks after I order, i get no updates. No one answers via email, chat & dont even get me started on the phone calls. Definitely learned my lesson, will continue to order my creative orders from walgreens/cvs... I've never had such a $#*!ty experience before. NEVER AGAIN!

I ordered two blankets from PrinterPix. After placing my order I didn't receive a confirmation email about the status of the product, nor did I get taken to a screen that would make it seem remotely like I am getting the product. Now, weeks after placing my order, there has still been no contact from the company's end and I am pretty sure I got scammed. I cannot cancel the order either and get a refund because it was not within 24 hours of placing the order and they are very hard to reach regardless. I am now forced to speak with my bank and see if I have any hopes of getting a refund. Money down the DRAIN

Please folks, check the shipping costs for your items. They are recouping double their production costs in shipping alone on items, no matter how many discounts you think you are receiving upfront. There are other reputable companies out there producing for much less!
I never had a problem with Printerpix until my last order.
I ordered a small, 20-Page photobook, which arrived on March 5th. It was BLANK! It only had a shadow on the cover where the photo should have been. Inside - a multicoloured empty book! When I queried it, I was told that my order had arrived blank - yet I had spent considerable time and effort to place the photos as it was a gift for my 89 y. O. Mother and I still had the original on my computer. They offered to re-print the book but I had to pay postage. I agreed immediately. They were to send me a code to use. I am still awaiting the 'code'! 3 months later, I am no closer than I was in March to getting my item printed. I also have several 'ticket numbers' covering the same issue. Printerpix have continued with automatic replies to all of my emails. All this wasted time and effort is for the princely sum of approx. £10.00. For an international company - they seem to have a very small town attitude. I am very disappointed with the lack of service.

The blanket was promised to be here before Christmas I ordered it December 14th just received it April 28th 2020 contacted the company 4 * got hung up with being on hold 45 minutes both times twice received the blanket the lettering was not even straight on the bottom and it was supposed to be bigger than what it was when I got it this company is not willing to work with you or compensate you for anything considering the address was wrong they told me when it's still was wrong getting delivered from FedEx when I live in Wisconsin and it says Alabama where there's no way that was a mess up on my part to say Alabama

Had a slight panic after ordering a blanket for my sisters 40th birthday with her and her husbands heads chopped off in some photos. Not a problem apparently, just contacted Patricia on live chat and she was so much help. Thank you so much Patricia. Can't wait to see my blanket now

Don't be fooled. Bought several vouchers for photo books, calendars and photo prints in their Black Friday deal. Upon checkout of 5 photo calendars the delivery charge was £17.19 for 7-10 day delivery or £21 for next day. Called and spoke to someone who could barely understand me and said he will send a PayPal payment link for me to pay and refund as website has issues. Didn't happen. Called again where the agent spoke such poor English I had to call yet again. Next agent confirmed shipping charges are expensive but advised I pay the £21 if I want it in time for Christmas as the product and delivery can be really slow. He then blurted out that I was not to worry as I am getting a good deal? He also believed the photo books would be about £20 to £25 shipping due to their weight. I ship 2kg to 9 kg often and aware courier prices are no more than £10 for such weights which I doubt the weight of the books would amount to. After reading some reviews whilst on hold I changed my mind and asked for a refund and he said his manager would call me back. I rejected this and asked him to ask his manager to speak to me or issue a refund now. After being on hold for 3 minutes he said it has been refunded. It's been an hour now and no notification so guess another call may be needed but I will raise a dispute with my card issuer and PayPal as I had used both to buy separate deals. Anyone else dealing with this joke of a company best do this as well.
I didn't know about this company until I saw a deal on Groupon and made the stupid mistake of buying the deal before doing my research. After a month, I haven't gotten my item shipped and my project which will be deleted in a day is at 0% and forget about the customer service! First of all this company is not in the U.S. and then the you have to call a gizzillion times and while it goes through, the agent cannot hear you while you can clearly hear them. After a gillizion tries, it goes through and then you can HARDLY hear them and every time they apologize and say it is almost ready! I paid almost $200 for this piece of sh** which has been so frustrating! Ugh! Shame on Groupon for keeping this deal on.
Making my canvas wrapped photo was pretty easy. Trying to order it cost a little bit of a problem when the website would not complete my order. But with the help of the representatives, the problem was solved, and I finally received my beautiful canvas photo. They did a beautiful job on it. It looks so nice and I'm very happy with it.

I needed to save money to produce this photo for an auction fundraiser that I was asked to donate this photo to. I need to be careful of my photography expenses to produce my photos.
I ordered three canvases and paid for them. I received one and still waiting in the other two. I have written numerous times to the company and all they do is ignore me. Groupon has a deal to help you save money which I did but printerpix still could care less! Find another company as this one could care less...
Paige was THE best customer service representative I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She was attentive, pleasant, very nice, calm, and explained everything to me perfectly. I had called before and not got the same service so it was nice to have someone who was so pleasant to speak with. Please give her accolades and even a raise because she is the reason why I will be ordering again. My last call to this company I had someone no so great and I wasn't going to order again but Paige's pleasant demeanor and attitude and efficiency is going to make me a life long customer. I ordered something back on December 7th. Not only does the website day my order is still being processed, but when you call you get and automated system saying call back during business hours. Its says that during its business hours.
I tried email and got an automated response on that as well. I have ordered in the past, but never again. I will make sure no one I know orders from them as well.
