There are better companies to support than Primal Life Organics. I bought a very expensive toothbrush hoping to support a good company and receive a product that was well made. It stopped working within 6 months and they were kind to replace it, I figured it was a fluke. Well, the second one ALSO stopped working within 7 months (no user error, used it exactly how it was designed for). The company said "their policy would not replace it because it was over a year since the original purchase". I emailed several people and asked to speak with managers, etc but absolutely no one was willing to replace it. So I spent a ridiculous amount of money on a product that doesn't work for more than half a year. It's a rip-off company promoting rip-off products manipulating people with "health and wellness" propaganda. Don't fall for it! By the way I informed "Jamie" who called herself the customer service lead and she could not have cared less that I was disappointed in the product, the company, or that I would leave negative reviews after. So disappointing.
I purchased the Real White red/blue LED light device and just after one year it failed. At first the lights moved randomly between red, blue and red+blue, beeping all the while, starting and stopping even though I wasn't touching it. Then it simply failed to charge. Customer services said I was outside my warranty so no replacement. Programmed obsolescence, I suspect. It cost $200.00 so a real disappointment. Avoid.
I ordered the "Lifetime Whitening Gels" at the same time I had to reorder and pay for a defective unit because it was outside of the 1 year warranty. Not happy with that, but in addition, I went to reorder the Gels and found that Lifetime means less than 1/2 year of Gels plus $20 shipping, which is shipping gouging when it really costs about $13 to ship. Their pamphlet recommends using the gels 2-3 times per week to maintain whiteness. Their "Lifetime" means 50 treatments. That's less than 1/2 their recommendation to maintain. In addition, trying to reach customer service is an abomination. No easy way to find customer support on their website. The whitening system itself works when you use it 2-3 times a week, and it is supposedly without chemicals so there's that. The unit is designed to fail after warranty is up, then you have to spend big bucks to buy another one. Overpriced unit, gels and deceitful marketing. In all, I would not recommend.
Ordered online and spent $200.00 for their teeth whitening system. It is over two weeks later and no product has been received. Tried to find an 800 number... as it is not easily displayed on their online sites. Found it... only to realize no one every picks up the phone. Went to their website, again another joke. They offer customer support via a online chat feature. No one every responds. Filing a complaint with BBB AND disputing the charge on my credit card. Kind of shocked that the person/celebrity that endorsed this product (which is why I trusted it) stands behind this company. Complete sham.
I purchased the whitening system for $200. After a few days, the blue lights were no longer lighting up. After several days the, system would no longer charge at all. I have received no response at all from my repeated emails. Worst customer service I've ever had.
