I got what I ordered very quickly. No damage to my order when I received it.

Very easy to get through website. Good experience. When I saw that Apple has discontinued their ipods, I knew I had to get one. I found a. New one on Price Whack for a really good price. It arrived within two days from clean across the nation.

Super easy process and very quick. Delivery was fast, with it being so close to Christmas

I really enjoyed buying from this online store for several reasons. First of all, I liked the sortiment. I could find everything I needed. Finally, the shipping is really fast.

Nice, easy transaction. Shipping was slower than expected as I chose 2-day shipping but received my merchandise 10 days later.

The item shipped on time and arrived when promised.

Easy to order, arrived as promised and it was exactly the product ordered.

I only ordered with them because they offered 2-Day shipping and I had a time sensitive order. So I order. The next day I get a shipping email. It says they sent it USPS First Class. Not 2-Day.

So I email them back immediately. No response. So the next day I call. No one answers their "customer service" line. So I call their "sales" line, finally someone answers. Funny, I guess when it's time for sales people are suddenly available. I talk to a lady who says they'll look into it.

Hours later I finally get a response that their system messed up. Apparently because I had a number in the second line of my address, their system assumed it should be sent it to a PO Box and changed the order to use the wrong shipping service, at the wrong speed, to the wrong address. And since they sent it USPS there's no way to stop the shipment and resend it. So I won't get it until the next week.

For all this they offer a $10 credit off a future order. I don't want money from them. I just want my order-- it's an ereader and I have a medical procedure I have to go through this weekend and will only be able to use one hand and I just wanted to be able to read to distract myself. They say the only thing I can do is pay them more money to order a second one and then maybe they'll get it to me on time. He says they used to send out replacement orders but now they don't because some people were dishonest.

IMO they're the dishonest ones here.

That is a fairly new website but the shopping there is very easy and convenient. More than that, there is a free shipping which delivers the products within 2 days. That is really awesome.

Overall, easy. BUT, I don't like the fact that the description did not tell me IF they can be returned or not.

Easy to shop, saved $10 from other sites, and was easy to place order using Amazon pay. Love the quality of the speaker.

Company is dishonest. Bought a vacuum listed as Cordless and spent $399 for a base model when it was listed as the pet pro cordless. Charged $100 over the price of worth and then tried to charge me a 20% restocking fee to return it. Do not buy through them! They are scammers

Fast! Ordered right after the holidays and it came much faster than I thought it would.

So far so good we shall see. This was my original comment, now I have to say they were the only company able to deliver this product and fast!
