This site is poorly made and it can log you out every time u enter your card number. It let me in again after I changed the location of my device. I wanted to purchase stuff online but it kept saying my card was declined. I decided to link my card to paypal and it finally worked. Your giftcard needs to have the same billing address as the one in your paypal and it should work. Mines declined at first but at the second attempt it accepted it. I was able to purchase stuff online.
This company is a 110% scam. BE AWARE! They not only steal your money by preventing you from accessing it on prepaid cards but also go after your personal information for identity theft and illegal data mining. Please file a complaint against this company and its fraudulent products by calling Visa (*******911) and Kroger (*******377). Both Visa and Kroger should also be held accountable for doing business with this crooked company, as they let customers pay the ultimate price.

I loaded $500 cash onto one of these cards. I was only able to log onto the websites twice, once to activate (which I worked fine for me), and once to check my balance. When I tried a third time, I got an error and to call customer service. That was about 3 weeks ago, and I have been able to log in since. You can check your balance through the number on the back of the card, that's easy enough. But while I've not needed or tried to talk to a person, I'm always met with messages of long hold times. As of right now I'm pretty positive I still have a small balance on the card, but the phones system says zero, and again, I can't log on. I haven't tried nor will getting to a live person. I'll wait it out a couple days to see if a balance settles after my last fuel purchase (while you can, I'd also recommend not using this to purchase gas). I've been able to use the card online, at convenience stores and restaurants. There were a couple of online retailers that I got an error message that they didn't accept that payment. Ok. Since this is already a one time use card, I won't be using it again. I also will look for a different option when the need arises again. I would encourage you to look at other options also.
So I won three 500$ cards. I registered all three. The first worked no problem but the second one got locked with 74$ remaining, but they locked the other 500$ card that hadn't been used. Called them several times. Their website doesn't work. They wanted me to fax my drivers license to them. It's 2023 who the hell faxes. Fought with them several times. They screwed me out of 574$. I will never accept one of these cards again.
This company is either operated by individuals lacking basic sense or is a meticulously organized scam.
My card got blocked the moment I tried it for online shopping.
Retrieving my money has turned into an exasperating ordeal.
They requested my ID via fax (seriously, who still uses fax?), and when I sent it, they complained about the photo being too dark (inevitable with faxed images). Now, I'm forced to send it via mail, but they provide only a PO box, making it impossible to send a certified letter. This opens the door for them to deny receiving it, and I have a sinking feeling that's precisely what will occur.

I beg you not to buy this card. It's a scam, I would love to report them but I don't know how. TRUST ME, it's a total scam, they stole the money of my card. I work so hard for it that money, they block your account and the money is lost/stolen forever. EVEN IF YOU CALL, they can't help you, they are a total scam. NOT BEING RACIST but the people who answer ALL HAVE INDIAN ACCENTS. I DON'T WANT TO ASSUME but India is known for having scammers. PLEASE DON'T BUY THIS CARD. I bought my card at Harris Teeter. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT!
Nothing but problems and delays. Not one person seems to know how to solve an issue. This place really sucks and you will be disappointed.

Mastercard gift card sold at Kroger Ralph store in Burbank. CA was fake and could not be used due to fraud reported on the card in 2021 prior the card was purchased in 11/26/2022. No one taking any responsibility to resolve thus issue. Tax payers money is gone for a committed scam by Mastercard, Kroger and Ralph all together nationwide. Please Do Not buy any gift card from them. They are pure scams.
Tip for consumers:
MasterCard, Kroger and Ralph should be legally held responsible for their fake fraudulent products they put in the market and their store to sell to innocent customers.

I was not able to use the MasterCard gift card and still can't activate this brand new card due to a fraud reported on it in 2021 prior the card was purchased from Ralph's supermarket in Burbank, CA store#193.
It is Scam! I bought $100 gift card but I can't use it, because it is always denied. Please don't buy that gift card at Kroger!
Negative stars if possible! What a sh*tshow! IF SOMEONE TRIES TO GIVE YOU THIS GIFT HAND IT RIGHT BACK TO THEM AND TELL THEM ITS not WORTH THE F**KING TROUBLE! Brand new unopened gift card they wont validate because they say there was a fraudulant use of it. Hows that possible? Unknown. Then they want you to open a case online. That eventually wont work and you will have to call them again to find out you need to fax them. Does anyone use fax anymore? So after going to 3 copy places trying to find a fax machine, then you have to deal with fax bull$#*! and expense! Now I'm paying money to try to recover my money! STAY FAR AWAY! YOU WERE WARNED!
Tip for consumers:
I cant warn you strongly enough to STAY AWAY!!!

ABSOLUTE FRAUD. Two different gift cards from two different family members showing a ten cent balance. I have two separate family members that spent their money on gift cards from this institution within a month. In both cases, the cards were supposed to have a $25 balance.
I literally opened up the cards from their original packaging, registered the card on their janky website only to find someone else had registered them and depleted all but ten cents from the balance.
Customer service was worthless: They needed to talk to the "original cardholder" (which is me, but the website is showing a different person in another state - I googled this person and they don't show up on google as a human in existence.)
They wanted me to FAX A COPY OF MY DRIVERS LICENSE along with images of the gift card in order to dispute the charges.
A company committing fraud wants me to send them a fax of my drivers license! RIGHT!
Screw this company - they are either intentionally committing fraud or they are grossly negligent to fraudulent activity affecting their cards and not able to prevent it from happening. Either way, two of my family members are victims of FRAUD.
Typically, companies try and create the best user experiences possible to get their users to come back- That is not at all one of their priorities. Their website is basically down 24/7, and in the few times it is up it looks like a fiverr kid made it in 10 minutes. No wonder it runs on a potato. Haven't been scammed yet, but I can't use my card anyway...
Tip for consumers:
Check to make sure the card hasn't been tampered with before buying

I received $100 gift card. I tried purchase in store but it failed. I called they said to register the card on their website which asks the PIN number. Clearly it states on the card you don't need to activate card to use in store. By afternoon the $100 was used in Colorado. I live in California. And when I called to dispute they want me to send my ID card and description of what happened and gift receipt. Seems to suspicous to send copy of ID card either faxed or by mail to P.O. Box
First, the website is terrible. I was able to long in for 2 days max and throughout the 3 other times ill try in one sitting and it would say its not valid. I then logged on after 4 days and every time i put my info in it takes me right back to the home screen. Big $#*! scam. I have at least 41 dollars left on my card and no matter what device i use, the website does not cooperate. I do not recommend AT ALL. Don´t waste your time.
I bought two gift card for my children for Xmas. It turns out there is no money on them. I paid $100 each. I called and they keep telling they were used before I purchased not sure how that works. They also said they will send a replacement 3-5 business day. Still haven't received anything. I called today they ask for my address name so they can send another within 14 days. Sad part as a single parent I lost $200 due to gift card scam
This company is fraud. A student got me a $50 gift card. Notice there is no activation on the home page of the site, and there is no security to login other than the raw card number. When I tried to log in, it didn't work. When I called customer service, they said I was "flagged for fraudulent activity" and wanted to have my drivers license, receipt of purchase, and the card number. Everything they need to steal my identity & take the money with them.
Jesus Christ, Kroger, stop selling this to people.
I received my pre paid gift card from an health organization (one of many for health checks) I scrapped off the label this am and tried to register it. Nothing so I called and was told by it was registered in someone else's name. Tried to tell this so call customer service rep (spoke little English) that I just scrapped off the label. Basically was told too bad too sad. I am out of the $100 gift. Would not transfer me to a supervisor as I offered to show the card with the white label scrapped off.
Wanting to use your gift card for large, online purchases? Do this FIRST ti avoid it being declined ( or, after it has been declined): call the customer service number and register the card in your name AND address or it WILL be declined every time!
Trust me, I was at the end of my rope and was ready to call it a scam ( 500 bucks later) but decided to call their supposedly "non-existent" customer service number. I was told it was a "really high call volume" but waited only a few seconds before being helped. A really nice lady assisted me and registered my address and told me to let the card " rest" for24 hours before attempting to use it ( I immediately had to go into my Amazon account and remove the card as the payment option I had on file otherwise it would cause the card to lock up again if Amazon tried running it overnight ( I will add it back after 24 hours). Very frustrating, as I had many items in my basket... hopefully when the gift card is unlocked I can go back and my stuff is still there to checkout... they say it's for our own protection, which I appreciate, but NOWHERE did I see any mention of this on their ' site'... sigh.
Got this card is a gift forgot about it, and when I finally decided to try and use it! I couldn't use it! I don't see, or can't see where to register it! I called they gave me the runaround and said it should work within seven business days,it didn't! Called again on the tenth day only for them to ask me for my personal information! I Was going to do it until I read this, so I won't! I hate that the person that bought. This was obviously scammed!
I have had a rotten experience; I am quite heartbroken.
Foul play is most certainly involved; thus, I do not have any clue as to why reputable stores carry these gift cards.
My $50 gift card has been rendered useless; even in spite of multiple sessions of speaking with customer service, and quite a few attempts to use the (very, very buggy) website properly.
I am sorry to everyone who has found themselves caught in this trouble..
Tip for consumers:
please, do not even glimpse at this website
i beg of you

I received a $100 prepaid card as a gift and it is declined everywhere I try to use it even though it still shows $100 as the available balance. Every time I call the company tries to blame it on the merchant, but the merchant is not the problem. This company is the problem. Total scam. Avoid!
Tried to use website to register the card so I could use to pay bills online but gift card site was down. Tried several times, so decided to call instead. I was leery based on reviews, but the associate I spoke with was very nice and helped me register the card quickly and easily. Card was already activated and funds loaded. She said to allow 1 hour before using online, so I'll see how it goes.
I honestly think they're just data mining so they can commit fraud. Received a $25.00 card as a gift, registered online, and then was told there was a problem with the card and I needed to call to register the card. When I called, they wanted my date of birth and a copy of my driver's license, among other things. Nope. I'm not giving that information to a stranger who barely speaks English and works for a shady company. I'll just take the $25.00 loss instead of a much larger possible loss. Thanks anyway. Don't buy these cards.

It was just a gift card that was unusable unless I was willing to share lots of personal information with a shady company.
Worst customer service ever. They don't listen to you at all when you call having trouble using the card. They only give excused and later time frames for when it will work. What a joke of a company!
