Precision LED

It was nice to be able to purchase a complete package to outfit my vehicle however one light doesn't work and I am unable to get in touch with customer service to fix the issue.

You've made it really easy to find parts for my car and it's in a kit, tools included and a very good video to give me confidence that I can install these on my own.

Easy order, great customer service over the phone. 5 stars! Great lights. Very bright and love the color! Sets me vehicle apart and received a lot of comments on them

So far so good and was fairly simple to find what I needed. Hoping the order gets here quickly so I can enjoy bright white light vs the dim yellow in my new car.

Headlight's were easy to install and looked GREAT on my vehicle. Customer service was quick and courteous when helping me with a secondary order for my high beams!

Asked a simple question on help in installing one of the LED bulbs that was extremely difficult to insert. I never received any response. I will not be recommending thiis company to anyone.

Easy to get what your looking for by just inputting your make year and model. Canadian sites not that easy but paying exchange is easier than fighting other sites.

At the outset, I am pleased with my experience on the site. Just made my first purchase buying bulbs for my girlfriend's '17 Accord. Hope she likes em lol.

My order even got sent to the wrong address and sent back a man immediately corrected it and they were very easy to contact on the phone and deal with I would definitely buy from them again

One LED did not light up. Spent a lot of time to install and try to figure out why it would not light.
Currently working with Customer support to get it replaced. They have been very responsive.

I was looking for a Led bulb. I call the and the guy on the phone sorry I forgot his name was very helpful great service will definitely buy from them again. Can't wait to install my new led bulbs.

Excellent overall experience on this (my first) order. Once I figure out what LED bulbs I need to replace the standard bulbs in my 2018 Subaru Outback, 'I'll be back.'

Experience was good. Great customer service. I purchased the reverse LEDs for my 2015 Honda Accord Sport and they look amazing. Planning to purchase additional LEDs for the interior.

Haven't put them to use yet. I am ordering new LED lights for my 2006 Lexus RX330 and, (from videos that I've seen), will need these tools for easy installation. Thanks

The product that I purchased states it was designed for my car, but it wasn't according to the results I got. I have been trying different types of LED lights for my car, and they all failed on me including the precision LED.

Going through the website is fast and smooth. Options are taken step by step and everything is thoroughly explained. Great walk through videos. Helps give confidence when selecting items to purchase.

I wanted to love the product to justify the very expensive interior lights. It just did not work out. These bulbs we a disappointment and too expensive for the end result.

Very helpfull staff. Light comes on dim even with car off. Not acceptable for reverse lights to stay on all the time. Was told by the company it was normal.

I was happy with my last product in 2018 and I have high hopes for this order. The new reflected as expected and dominated the highway at night with Precision.
