Please help me return one LED that was ordered by mistake, i have tried calling the number multiple times to no avail. It goes straight to voice mail.
License plate lights were not the right size for Mazda cx 5 2017. Request online to resolve took several days. Ended up calling in for resolution. Expecting new bulbs here shortly.
Very simple and easy to install if your mechanically inclined. Great led lights as well. Also they don't throw any bulb out/missing lights on the dash cluster.

Watched Phil's video and wanted to try the interior LEDs in my 2014 Jeep Patriot. The video was very helpful and my installation went without a problem. I may purchase two map LEDs and one Dome LED for my wife's 2006 Jeep Liberty since the two Map LEDs I placed into her vehicle do not come when the buttons are pressed. I did not purchase these LEDs for her Jeep from PrecisionLED. Maybe it's just the nature of the vehicles. I'll have to contact Phil before spending the extra money and placing an order. Thank you for the helpful video and a great product.

These are my 3trd set I love these lights only thing I got company sticker with my last to set that I proudly had on my cars but didn't get one with this set but still love the lights look great in my tundra like always

Terrific LED bulbs and awesome trim tools to remove the factory trim without damage.
Only issue I had with my order is that one of the trunk LED bulbs on my 4Runner doesn't seem to be as bright as the other. I'm thinking it may have gotten damaged during the shipping - I'll have to recheck to see if I may have installed it incorrectly.
Otherwise everything else has been terrific with PrecisionLEDs!
Considering the price, I would have expected the lamps to correct. The 4 overhead courtesy lamps are soldered in to the sockets requiring socket replacement. Known issue with Volvo. What is unusual is that the kit didn't contain replacement sockets to allow use of the 194 lamps contained in the kit. Other LED lamp manufacturers do this. Additionally, the 2 license plate lamps were short and required socket modification to work. The trunk and glove box lamps are also short (38mm). Too short to modify the socket to work (requirse 44mm), so I had to buy additional lamps to complete my conversion

Gives a nice unique touch to the interior of the car and well worth getting the number plate LED's along with it. Will definitely buy from Precision again in the future.
Everything was so slow. The Email responses and the shipping. I'm 350 miles away and the shipping was almost a week. My order was 7 lights and now I have to order 3 more cuz there was no package for my 2016 infiniti QX50 so I didn't know all I needed and I didn't get a kit. Can I get a trim kit to help me install them? I have to pay shipping twice and I have to wait to install now. Not happy.
Never heard back from seller. So I bought same light on Amazon for one tenth the price. Too bad, cuz I really liked this company.
