PPL had what I was looking for at a fair price. There was damage during shipping which I didn't notice until after the shipper left, and I thought I was stuck with it. However, a call to the customer service dept at PPL, and a chat with Joni and everything was fixed. She was helpful, courteous, and very efficient. Thank you Joni!
I ordered a refrigerator for our trailer. It was shipped promptly and arrived within a week. No problems. Cristy was very helpful.

I ordered the EPDM roof membrane by the foot at sale price. I was somewhat disappointed that it was folded up in a box. I should have ordered the pre-cut membrane on a roll. Now I have to try and work the folds and creases out before I apply it to the roof. Also, the can of adhesive was very damaged when it arrived, even though the box was not damaged. This was possibly due to the poor packing because the can was able to move around in the box during shipping. Several large dents in the can, but no sign of leakage.
Accurate descriptions and very fast shipping. Searched the internet and could not find a better price.
Rv awning that I ordered came to my house quickly and packaged well. Price was very good. Will order from them in the future.
