City Water Connection: I was disappointed the part did not include the adhesive back foam gasket. Luckily, I was able to salvage the gasket from the old one.

One part was on back order, but I didn't know because no one contacted me until I asked where my order was. Over all good, product was best priced.
I can not believe that i saved over 200.00 on the two items i bought from you. I work at a major RV Dealer and my Employee cost was over the 200.00 i saved by purchasing from you. The information from the shipper was erroneous, which was a bit frustrating as I live remotely and had to make sure someone was here to receive the package. The tracking info indicated it came to the local town and was returned to the shipper in Vancouver as undeliverable, although I know delivery was never attempted. It did show up a couple days later and sat outside for an unknown amount of time with the shipping info not indicating delivery. You may want to check into that. Otherwise, very satisfied.
Initial ordering from the Web site was very easy. I did have a problem with delivery, the incorrect address was put on the package and delivered to one of my neighbors in which FED-EX was no help in retrieving. Luckily my neighbor is very nice and I was able to get it taken care of. The product was in perfect order and very nice
