It was hot out when I lost one of my rooftop AC units due to a failed start capacitor. I had just minutes left to locate the proper part and get it ordered for delivery to a campground ahead on our itinerary. Internet access was very limited where I was located, so I called PPL knowing it was after 5 PM but hoping they were open. The representative was very helpful, looked up the part and verified it was in stock. When I asked about next day shipping so it would be at my future RV park on time, he even suggested that 2nd day shipping would be sufficient for my needs and save me money. I couldn't be happier!

I placed my order one day and received my item the next day. We were/are more that satisfied. The next time we are shopping for a part for our RV I will start with PPL Motorhomes.
I ordered a replacement RV water heater, it came on time and actually sooner than expected. Your prices were the best out there for this item (and believe me, I looked) and your shipping was very reasonable. I also needed to contact customer service and was again quite pleased by the can-do attitude and willingness to help. In the current business climate this is a rarity at best, usually you either go through switchboard purgatory (see, I kept it professional, I didn't say "hell") or end up not getting anything close to the assistance you were looking for. I would order from you again without hesitation (but I'd still shop around for price, sorry but you know what I'm talking about, right?)
