The box containing the 2 TVs arrived looking like it was dropped out of an airplane. When we opened the box the only protection was in the form of some packing paper. I think my 4 year old grand son would have provided more secure packaging. It is 2014, not 1914 so, I would hope the packaging would reflect the cost of the contents. I just hope we don't have premature failure of the TVs as a result of the garbage/deficient packaging. Other than that, every other part of the purchasing experience was just fine.
My husband has not installed the vent due to the weather. It is the same one that needs to be replaced. I was pleased with all steps in the order process. Thanks.
