My order was delayed. When I first called I was told it shipped that day (it didn't). I waited a couple more days and called again. I was told it was shipping that day (it didn't). However, the customer service representative I spoke to the 2nd time, I think his name was Dan, researched to see why it hadn't shipped. He got back to me with the results and kept me informed. Although the order was quite delayed, we were happy with the quality of the items when they did arrive.
Order was shipped as promised and products were as described.

Quick, easy check & no account setup! It would have helped if they would have included in their description that you needed a 1 1/2" stem on the ball hitch. We had a 1" and my husband said it was mandatory to use a bushing and is nearly impossible to find just the bushing anywhere so we had to purchase another ball hitch with a bigger stem. Pretty frustrating. Other than that we had a good experience.
There were no wiring instructions with my thermostat. I am at a loss as how to change a six wire thermostat to a three wire
While on the road, I needed a part for my ac. I contacted PPL by phone and had them send the part next day deliverly. I received the part on time and they have a super customer service department. Thank you very much.
