The box was a little damaged...the contents were not. In the future I would recommend wrapping the contents with the filler tubes instead of just putting it in the ends of the box to protect the TV riser unit.
I also would like to know if you have an inverter for the TV lift.

The fact that I was able to speak to a real live person immediately was incredible. And to top it off she was the sweetest person. She went out of her way find the cooler I wanted with Miami dolphins colors despite her being a cowboys fan. It happened to be the last one and she had to go dig it up.
